Went to get a replacement membership card
They couldn’t find me in their system.
I couldn’t trust them to pay for a new membership card when I still have an existing membership
Just a missing card

Excellent location. Parking is great. Workers are awesome, very helpful & have great attitudes. With the exception of one, but hopefully she'll get bit by the nice bug & her attitude will become more tolerable. Other than that one bad experience, it's a great place to shop & always well stocked with a great variety of items...Love it!!!?

Okay I waited online and I saw over on the right there was a blinking check out happened to be a self-service so I went up to the lady and she said oh you have to wait on this line I said I always ready waited on that line and she explained there's a separate line for the self-checkout so I said may I speak to your manager and he basically said you have to wait on life it's not fair to those people I said but I already waited online so if he had any breaks he would have told me to get back on the line to the right and put me in the front of the line since I already waited but he had no brains it was the gentleman with the dreadlocks it will be a long time before I go to this BJ's again!

The shopping experience was cool but when I got to the deli it was horrible! There was only one person working there whole entire front. The Female who was working was working very very slow on purpose. As to say, she's by herself and she doesn't care!!! Her attitude was not rude, but she was not very nice either. I been here waiting on the deli line since 10:40am. When I got here they was up to number 36 and my number is 39, this doesn't make any sense to wait this long for cold cuts! It is now 11:08am and I still haven't checked out of the store ... SMH!!!

So I should preface this by saying that I am NOT actually a member of the BJ's Wholesale Club but I am regularly asked by friends who are if I can take a ride with them to help with their own shopping needs as an extra pair of capable hands. The location is close to the area formerly used by the long-shuttered Ceasar's Bay Bazaar (there's now a Target, Kohls and Best Buy in the vicinity). So its rather convenient to ride to and they have a sizable lot to use. Don't waste time tooling around the ground level and instead go up to the next as my friends always find space up there. There are elevators to use when returning with your goods. Overall this is a very spacious establishment with a little bit of everything but as expected in a bulk size. Sometimes I ask the friends I've joined to portion out what they've purchased and I'd reimburse them. I live alone and don't need 20 bars of soap or a gallon of dishwashing liquid etc. There are all sorts of foods to browse through and yes they even have some electronics on sale so who knows if you will find a bargain of some kind when you are walking up and down the aisles. Now I should advise that you have your mobile fully charged in the event that you lose your party. Its fairly easy to get separated here and you might need to do some texting or calling to rendezvous. There is a self checkout area and a number of cashiers and everyone seemed friendly so shoppers should make sure that they are returning this in kind. I guess the only thing I'd suggest is more than one checker at the exit. Sometimes I've been on a longer line since people want to talk to them and that wears thin on the patience. Show your receipt and move along please :) Overall, I would likely join this club if there was a need for it but at this point in my life there just isn't.

For other BJs location: 610 Exterior St. Bronx NY 10451Employee (Male, black, approx 5ft 6 inches tall, slim) over the past months has violated both criminal laws and company policies. He works at the front door and has:a) Cursed different customersb) Attempted to physically fight various customers. Threatened customers.c) He tried to go outside recently with a bag that probably had a weapon in order to fight customers.d) Aggressively pulled carts from customers, including a pregnant female.e) Not providing another professional service at the door, which sometimes leads to unnecessarily long lines.f) Numerous complaints have been filed but the managers at that location are proving to be ineffective. The management team, as far as we customers know, have refused to fire him.

I haven't been to a BJs in forever, but now with a baby in tow, bulk items might be just what we need. It's too bad that this BJs seem so bare? Just so happened to stop by around Thanksgiving time and with all that they have, our purchase comprised of the weirdest items and none of which really needed to be in bulk. I was pretty disappointed in the experience and glad I went with someone else so I wasn't paying for this membership. Staff was fine, not particularly helpful or nice, but no one rude stood out. It's a shame since this place is fairly close to home, but between the craziness in the parking lot and the lack of choices for us, I'm not rushing back any time soon.

Highly recommend going when they open because there is only one two way street in and out. Parking is a pain if you come during peak hours and due to the street, all it takes is someone to double park and we're all waiting to squeak by, don't be that guy. It's similar to Costco in offering bulk items. When you check out, there is one line. Workers will tell you but people will still try to cut and play dumb, again don't be like that.

after many yrs, all I can determine is that they are going out of business.yep, Costco has them beat by a mile.I ordered a tv online yesterday, and 30 minutes later, it was rejected.I tried once again, rejected after 30 minutes. went to Walmart and bought a larger tv for less and order went right through.I dont have time for BJs stupidity. If they dont know and understand their business, then they will go out of business.end of story.

Most lazy incompetent morons that sit on their asses all day and do nothing. They have no answers to any questions. They're not helpful at all they'll keep you on hold for an hour. They're disgustingly unprofessional and just don't give a shit. I'm changing to Costco.

I needed something that wasn't on display. Asked to forklift guy and had to give him the aisle number. When he got there and bought it down, he asked how many boxes I wanted. I work for a school and need to make sure things aren't close to expiration date. I told him I will have to check the date first. His response was, do you not understand my question. Is it because I'm Asian you assume I don't understand your question. Maybe you didn't understand my answer. Pretty dumb of him to be talking to a customer like that.

-I ordered a TV on 10/7 and they said it would ship in three days. Now the shipper estimates that it will be available for delivery on 10/16.-They claimed on-line that I would get a special deal on an extended warranty. I saw no such deal on my order summary.- They charged me 9.99% sales tax on my TV. This is illegal as the sales taxin NJ is only 6.97%-When I called they offered no solutions to my problems other than to refuse the delivery. They said it was too early for a supervisor to be available. (8 am). -I sent them an email several times but they didn't go through due to an IT problem, they claimed existed.-Imagine trying to get a refund if I refused this delivery?- You just can't make up this kind of gross incompetence!!Rick OBrien
