Delivering at this place is crazy, especially if you come in a truck with a sleeper. Not only is it crazy tight but you also have to blindside in between a metal divider that’s at an angle then throw in you’re doing this at a real busy one way street. Not to mention a concrete divider at the front.

I was told I wasn’t able to have a picture of my car printed on a cake because it was “copywrite” and they didn’t believe it is my car. I have done plenty of cakes with bjs where they printed a car for the previous years I’ve been getting birthday cakes there in the queens location. Unfortunately a woman owning a Porsche is clearly not possible according to the bakery guys lol ridiculous.

The service is strange! BJs has weird policies. The app doesn't always shows what's in stock at a store and some items don't appear to be in-stock, even if there's a truck load of it on the shelf! It seems to favor customers with credit cards over everyone and anything else!The check-out lines tend to move slower than other warehouses. Maybe it's because they still allow people to clip coupons and redeem vouchers. The self-checkout line are the worst. They let people with more than 20 items. The system will NEVER prompt a customer to enter the # of items inside the cart! It's like a game for their customer service and security goons. They deliberately let people scan/mis-scan whatever they want, believing the receipt checker will correct everything on exit.The self-check out beeps even when the wrong bar-code is scanned like it was a normal code! I have never interacted with auto-selfcheck as ambiguous as BJ's. It can simply ask the customer to enter the items purchased and then weigh the corresponding items on the scale.Some items like chips that come in two bags require the customer to scan both bags and appear strangely as 1 item! The POS doesn't inform the that only bag 1 of 2 was scanned. The thing is a mess! The scanners at the other warehouse are much more accurate.

Went with my baby and had her diaper bag on me. After check out, the lady checks my receipt and needs to look into the diaper bag which a sign at an exit says is a policy.. bruh I’m in BJ’s you do know you sell wholesale items. She was expecting to find a generator in there?

I visited the Optical Center this past weekend I was greeted by a sweet gentlemen name tag said "Howard" After a few minutes i went to customer service to renew my membership came back and Howard was waiting for me. I paid $99.95 including insurance for my son's frame and prescription. Howard was patient, friendly, and outgoing.I do believe that this man needs help in the Optical Center so when it does get busy customers do not have to wait extended periods of time.

It's a good store. Great experiences with customer service, who are accommodating and pleasant to work with. But everyone in the parking lot today (Sunday afternoon, 4pm) is driving like it's the fast and furious. Which of course, is not the store's fault.

The cashier #16 is extremely rude. We understand they’re short staff and we were not rushing but she keeps giving us an attitude and keep rolling her eyes. They said that the payment it didn’t went through so we have to do it again which is fine. We were just double checking our bank account when she said “you weren’t charged twice sir ?” like what?? Are we not allowed to double check?! As we walk away from the register she starts talking to the next customer about what happened. Management, train your staff in basic customer service.

Worst bjs ever!!! The staff is rude. Management doesn’t know what they are doing. Signs for a price of shirt is listed and ringing up different. And they don’t like to honor the price they have up on the signs. They fight you tooth an nail to adjust it. Made me walk back take a picture and still wouldn’t adjust it. I know damn well they can adjust a price.

This review is for the deli department, there is a specific individual that always helps me with my deli goods. His name is Peter. Such an awesome person always makes the best suggestions and I have ended up me and my wife coming here multiple times to try out and get a different deli items. He also knows the store really well when we need to find something.

The worst customer service I've ever come across. They left my pickup order out in the hot air for 30 minutes, ruining all the cold stuff. I had accidentally tapped the button to say I was there, then called them immediately to correct it).They just couldn't care less. They shrugged and rolled their eyes when I asked why they'd left it there. Rude.
