I've never been in such a crowded gym, the memberships are way oversold at this location. Hand sanitizers are constantly empty, machines have lines for use, and it feels a bit understaffed. I know it's cheap, that's why I signed up, but wow it's tough to get a workout in at this location.

This gym is entirely too crowded. Much worse than this is the cancellation fee. If you want to cancel, you have to give them forty five days' notice. So in the event you want to cancel immediately, you have to pay them for one and half months more. People have many legitimate reasons to want to cancel immediately. Maybe you had a sudden life change and have to move in a hurry, or you were injured and can no longer attend the gym, or maybe you just found out a location is too crowded to be worth your time attending and you no longer want to go back. Blink does not care, and will take your money anyway. This fee is in their membership agreement, but nobody reads all the terms of those long agreements, so a clause like this exists entirely to abuse the limited attention of their members. To have a policy like this demonstrates an utter contempt for consumers. Nobody should go to Blink fitness while this bogus cancellation fee is on their books.

So far, all customer service inquires have been professionally and kindly met for both myself and friends who've come with me. The gym is very busy, but it seems to always be clean and machinery are well maintained.

Relatively hard to reach by phone. Bum cancellation policy, contract has extensive fine print fees, apparently you have to cancel in person (which???? I would love to know why this is necessary? it seems like a trap), so note that if you may move away, there is a 45-day cancellation charge, and it smells and is packed :) But eh, it is relatively cheap, right? Most of the people I spoke to on the phone were nice but this isn't a chain I would go back to or recommend at all. You're much better off paying for a small business quality gym. You will actually want to use it and you won't get nickeled and dimed with obscure fees. (Including a 70+ dollar charge at the three month mark for quote "annual fees") Honestly just happy I was finally able to cancel and not look back. It's really annoying because it seems others have had very similar experiences. I've even had a better experience at Planet Fitness, at least those extend beyond NYC.

Gym is fine and has all the equipment needed but they are constantly broken. It is extremely crowded and impossible to get a full workout here. The busiest times are full of teenagers filling themselves.I tired to cancel my membership after 2 years when another gym in the area opened but I was charged $90 to cancel for the next months and and annual maintenance fee for the next year even though I am leaving.

Thankfully I got to do a one day trial before buying a membership because the place was absolutely packed. There were people on all of the machines and I was lucky just to get a treadmill. Look elsewhere for a gym since you’ll struggle to get on the machines you want at peak hours

Clean gym with respectful employees. Has everything I need. I've been going to this gym for 2years now and have never had any issues.

Hoards of teens using the equipment 24/7 make this gym almost impossible to workout in. Waited 35 minutes for a bench today, to then get rejected because it was being held for a friend. Worst blink in nyc, avoid at all costs.

I went there once like 6 months ago for a trial and have been trying to cancel my membership ever since. I still can't cancel it and they are now trying to charge me over $100... super misleading. Edit: they said they would reach out but I haven’t heard from them…

To quote the meme. It ain’t much but it’s honest. There’s a good equipment selection but no repeats so off peak hours are Greta and on peak is rough.

The smallest gym I have ever seen in my life! It's the size of a sardine can. The treadmills are so close together that it is really ridiculous. I have really never seen this before. This Blink is not an inviting place/space to work out in, which is why I don't go.I'll be canceling my membership as soon as I have time to go there after work.

I hate to give such a low rating but I was lied to about the cancellation fee.I asked for a 1 month membership, which they told me was possible. The lady that helped me sign up told me I had to cancel after 5 days and 10 days prior to the next charge, so I would not get charged cancellation fees. Well as I went into the gym today the guy that was working there had no idea what I was talking about and just let me stand there, not being helpful at all. Long story short I was charged an additional 27$.

Too crowded during pick times, and there is a lack of equipment compared to the size of the crowd, and you have to wait for a long time to be able to practice. The lockers do not have locks, so you have to bring your own lock every time.

it is affordable but theyve had the same equipment since they opened. the treadmills all have those stupid tv screens on them. as if watching tv while running wasnt depressing/american enough, what's worse is NOBODY watches anything on them anyway so it's just a black monitor directly in front of your face the whole time your running like horse blinders. they also throw off your equilibrium, to be honest, when your sightline is completely cut off. would be nice to be able to actually SEE in front of me instead of a cheap blank monitor blocking me from the the natural world while i run in place - it feels like continuously running toward a dead end. get some new treadmills without the those horrible tv monitors please for the love of god!!!!

Doesn’t matter what time of day you go it’s always pack. Long waits for squat racks even at 5 am. You have guys vaping inside the gym. Little high schoolers taking up a whole section. Only reason I come here is because it’s right around the corner otherwise I wouldn’t.
