Blink Fitness on Utica Avenue is located near the subway, with the entrance on Lincoln Place. It is a clean gym that smells good. Many reviewers call it one of the best Blink layouts in Brooklyn. The staff is consistently described as friendly and nice. The gym can get very busy, especially in the evening around 5pm or 6pm, when people may wait a long time for equipment. All the machines can be taken, with some people sitting on them. Mornings are suggested as a less busy alternative. For equipment, it is pretty bare bones but has everything needed to build muscle. There are very few squat machines and barbell racks. However, there are a ton of treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and stairmasters, which are rarely ever more than ten percent in use. This makes it a good affordable option for those who like mostly cardio, but those preferring weights must come during low capacity to avoid long waits. The people who workout here are generally friendly. The gym provides a positive energy, with reviewers expressing gratitude for it despite minor flaws.
Open 24/7, entry via the app, you can subscribe for a short or long period of your choice, the institute is very comfortable and not too busy in the evenings.
