I would not recommend. Horrible experience.Getchens prepared my taxes and was extremely rude, dismissive and unhelpful. He rolled his eyes repeatedly when asked questions, rushed through the process, refused to respond to my questions and said multiple times “I don’t have all day”.I will never use this location again or work with HR Block.This was very unprofessional and upsetting and I will now be seeking out additional tax help to understand more about how my taxes were prepared. I spent $355 for my taxes to be done and I feel very robbed after the horrible customer service I’ve experienced.Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

I have been using the Georgetown location in mill basin for a while since I live in the neighborhood. I have been using Esma for a few years now. She is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I will keep using block Advisors cause they give me piece of mind. Also, the front desk Associate is friendly Nd very helpful as well with assisting you with resolving all your needs. Definitely worth your time during tax time. Get your taxes done with less stress ❤❤?

My tax preparer was optimistic and dedicated to his job. Very attentive and informative individual. I truly appreciated my experience and will definitely be returning next year!

Not sure who prepared the taxes there to get these reviews, but the receptionist and the person I had my appointment with Roxanne were not Professional at all. I got there (called to inform them I was going to be late), Roxanne had another client, no problem. The client she was with left, and I overheard her tell the receptionist to call the person back, mind you I am sitting there, I asked when I was going to be seen? And the receptionist said she forgot I was there!!!!. Roxanne goes through the motions as though I am bothering her and basically does not want to provide the service and was more focused on the previous client. I would not recommend Roxanne as a tax preparer.

Patrice the receptionist was EXCEPTIONALLY WARM, inviting and extremely helpful to me. She made a challenging time much easier to manage!! I am so happy I met her! My tax preparer was so warm, calm , knowledgeable, patient and also pleasant. I hope to be lucky enough to see her again next year!

Basically they don't know what there doing, they did an amended return form for me & it was totally wrong I had to go someplace else and pay more money to have it done right!!!!!!! I would not recommend them at all.

I trust HR Block Advisors. No headaches. No confusion. No frustration. They pay attention to your needs and treat you more than 'just another customer'.Esma has been filing my family's taxes for years. She's courteous, intelligent, quick, patient and efficient. The staff at the Ralph Ave branch is amazing.
