I received black tea from Blooming Import as a gift. The only ingredient listed is “black tea” but the package carries a CA Prop 65 warning saying the product contains a substance known to cause cancer, birth defects, or reproductive damage. Why?!

Why the ingredient of the rice noodles, Vermicelli brand, the only two ingredients are green beans and peas? Where is the rice, water.... it said two ingredients that the product neither have.
