I really like this laundry mat. Always very clean, workers are nice. Buying soap or fabric softener is a little expensive but there is a dollar tree 1 block away so I get my things there.

I’ve been going to laundry for about 2 years now. I came tonight to wash. The workers watched me carry all my bags in and when I had my last bag to bring in…..They told me it was close! They close at 10pm I got there at 8:20 pm… I have my 4 year old with me and it’s freezing cold! I will no longer be going to this laundry. This lady had the nerve to look at me and ask me if I’m cold after I told her online says yall close at 10pm! And it’s freezing cold out for yall to watch me bring all bags in to then tell me yall close! The back door sign says open! The front door was open. Closed sign was not shown! I’ve been at this laundry before around the same time at night and no one ever turned me away or said it was close! I’m deleting yall laundry app! And if I have any money left yall refunding me!!!!!!

This is bullshit never go there... they charged me 25$ for 2 years jacket and didn't even clean it and told me its not fry clean shop..guy called owner and owner told him dont ever call me infront of customer.. they and their service are stupid

The only problem I have with this laundry is that everytime I go there I have to wait for a washing machine because the workers always seem to be using the washing machine for outsourced jobs which is really annoying! And then on top of that they always seem to use the small dryers which makes absolutely no sense to me. Forcing me to spend extra money using the larger washing machines when I don’t need to.

I frequent this laundromat with typically no issues. I am extremely keen on sanitation and keep my spaces neat and clean. So, I was taken aback when an attendant approached me this afternoon to ask if I “dirtied the bathroom” after my simply going in to grab paper towels and wipe down a personal item.
It was accusatory, nasty, and unnecessary. I felt humiliated, as a big production was made of cleaning whatever the dirt/mess was, and the bathroom was locked immediately behind me, after it had been open for at least the hour or so that I'd been there. Bear in mind, there were several guests in the laundromat during the time I was (around 2:30pm). So it could have been anyone who allegedly dirtied the bathroom. When I approached another staff member about the poor way I was handled, she didn't react or apologize. Just nodded her head.
This bizarre and rude encounter was not on par with the customer service that I've received here. I am actually appalled to have been treated with such discourtesy and incivility where I spend my hard-earned, NYC dollars on a regular basis.
Do better, Blu Laundromat. Tsk, tsk.

Unacceptable. Filthy! Mold in the soap compartments!!! Machine #21 Jack! This is a health hazard. Perhaps the city needs to check this place out.

Staff is friendly, it is clean however when the temperature is at 80 like today the air conditioner should be on for the well being of the staff and customers. No one wants to work nor do their laundry in an oven. I will pay what the owner deems fair for a friendly & clean environment any and every day but not when the temperature is 80 and only the fans are running.

I consistently use their pick up and delivery service. My laundry is always washed well folded neatly and the delivery person is always so kind. Absolutely love this place. Their prices are also very reasonable.

The service is great. Friendly customer service and very clean. But the dryer is too expensive, $2.40 for 30 min. Come on! that's insane! Plus, if your clothes aren't probably dry and just need a little more time. You have to pay the same price again. I like the fact they gave hot water. Hopefully, it stays that way. Prices for the washer aren't too bad. The ONLY issue I have is that the owners put a set place on dryers. When we already live in a place that's highly price. If it wasn't for the outgoing service of them washing A LOT of white towels. Business probably won't be slow for them. I just wish they had a better solution for the dryer, and it would be the best laundromat in our neighborhood.
