This hotel is closed but the website is taking reservations and charging full amount when you provide a credit card. Again this hotel is not in operation and has fraudulently charged my credit for a hotel that is closed. They have also not refunded my money. BEWARE THIS IS A

Beware of their pets policy. If you don’t read carefully, you will think they want a $350 deposit against damage. No it is a fee - nonrefundable deposit. Totally ridiculous, as was the amount of emails back-and-forth it took to get the details.

The room was cozy, which was expected and all we needed! The neighbourhood was cute with lots of local food options (lots of vegan ones!!!) and the facilities were clean. Staff was quick to help with whatever we needed. I would definitely stay again!Walkability: It was a very short walking distance from the L train that takes you into Manhattan

an unpretentious hotel which, amazingly, has fans in the bathrooms. its a place that has no unnecessary ingredients, but is very reasonably priced and close to most places you might want to go in NYC.

Hard to locate, but very close to my venue. Very clean & nice. Hard to get in and put of the underground parking garage. ?Rooms: Big and nice ? ? ?

GROSS. Not worth the money whatsoever. Dirty. Stained bedding. Cigarette burns. Terrible bed. Cancelation policy is that they keep ALL your money and then get to fool someone else into the same trap. I was highly considering just sleeping in my car.Rooms: Disgusting. You can find a much cheaper and equally disgusting room elsewhere if that's your thing

Affordable hotel in the heart of Brooklyn's warehouse district. Room was clean with all the necessary amenities. Service staff was friendly and helpful. Tip: To switch from tub to shower head there is a thing on the mouth of the tub faucet you have to pull and hold.

I asked the front desk in person about check out but he ignored my question and repeatedly said “all rooms sold out” even though I was already staying there. The bathrooms are better than many if not most hotels (oval toilet bowl if you’re into that)Look at the horror font used for their signs subtext. I like it, it’s like a hip ironic post- style type thing or just utter lack of care & oversight. Probably the latter

Conveniently located for an evening in Bushwick. Nearby lots of great restaurants, cafes, and music venues. However, free breakfast is advertised on a few different sites for this hotel but there was no breakfast, and our room did not have a shower. If it were clearly delineated to me which rooms had a shower, I would have paid a little more to book one. The bath had a shower head but no way to switch the flow of the water to it, and when we asked the front desk they said we just didn't have one. Kinda weird.

Not the best experience at all. Definitely won’t be booking back. I hate having to write bad reviews but this one needed an updated review, poor customer service.

Great Value- Would recommend if you're in the city for the weekend and looking for a safe, clean place to crash while you spend most of your time out. Certainly cheap aspects of the hotel ie no fridge/microwave in the rooms, thin towels, no lip on the bathroom shower, but they have a parking garage, clean rooms, bathroom with a lot of counter space, and the area is great with lots of trendy places to eat/shop nearby and a subway stop two blocks away
