Bonobos has an excellent selection of quality clothing in a wide variety of fits and sizes. I love their constant rotation of patterns and styles for all seasons. For this reason, it pains me to give them less than five stars.I recently bought a suit from Bonobos. While I was able to find a very pleasant fit for the suit, the suit pants did not come in my length and needed to be hemmed. The store representative referred me to Bridgestone, a tailor next door, where Bonobos customers get a 10% discount.I was surprised to hear that a simple hem at Bridgestone costs $45 but proceeded with the modification as I suspected maybe it was a normal price in this area. After picking up my finished suit pants from Bridgestone, I popped into second tailor, also next door, and asked about their prices. To my surprise, the second tailor offered $18 to hem suit pants — and while I cannot attest to the quality of their services, they looked like a very reputable business.Bonobos has lost their grasp on my loyalty due to this experience. I would encourage them to make sure they offer their customers the right recommendations going forward.

I ordered two pairs of swim trunks from the Bonobos site and when they came in they were a bit too large for me. I came into the Court St. location and was helped by Crystal. She made the whole exchange process quick and easy.This was my first purchase from Bonobos, but based on the wonderful and hassle free service I'd highly recommend working with Crystal and her team at this location if you need a fitting or have any questions about products that you purchased online.

Walked in with only 20 minutes to shop and salesperson Nick was excellent. He quickly explained the fit options for pants, got me a few options to try on and I found one that was perfect. A simple and pleasant (and no pressure) buying experience. I’ll be back. Thank you Nick!

I had a great experience with Nick, and would definitely recommend this Bonobos location. I needed some new pants, and had already tried some other brands but couldn't find anything that fit well. Nick at Bonobos was very helpful and suggested the perfect fit, and placed the order for me. The pants arrived 3 days later and they look and feel great!

Terrible experience! I placed an order online but went in-store to process an exchange since the wrong item was shipped. The associate was distracted and clearly not listening (despite no other customers in the store) since I had to repeat the issue and propose a very simple resolution (an exchange) a couple times. I asked for a receipt for the new order and they asked me "how to take a screenshot" to send me. Once I saw that the image was the same # as the previous order they said that's how exchanges work. I subsequently reached to Bonobos through their website and found out a new order was never even placed. Thankfully the online rep was able to assist and was very helpful in clearing up the issue. Very disappointed in the service at this location!

inept, unpleasant, unstocked, and accusative. the personnel,on three different occasions, did not listen, ordered the wrong sizes, and became accusative when i returned jeans where the dye had not been properly set. STAY AWAY, its a sham.

Is weird concept for a store. They only have one size on display and there are no employees to ask for sizes. Website is better.

Bonobos is not what it used to be. Placed an order for one (1) pair of jeans on Feb. 15, 2022 and received a confirmation that same day. No jeans arrived. Went into my account on Bonobos site and no mention of the order I had placed (and they confirmed) on Feb. 15, 2022; total order $157.94 March 8, 2022 I tried to reach customer service. Could not get a "chat window". Looked up the number with Google; 877-294-7737 No answer. Send emails twice through their web site. No answer. Tried again this a.m. and finally got a chat window. Chatted with "Shelby" who told me they had no record of the order and I must have the wrong Confirmation #. After providing the number again, she said that it appeared that the person with whom I was chatting on Feb. 15, 2022 ("Gale") who placed the order for me must not have pushed the order through. "Shelby" then offered to push the order through. "Shelby" then sent me a msg. that the order had been "pushed through" and the total was $347.00 By that time I was convinced that anyone I would interact with at Bonobos was inept but refrained from saying that. When "Shelby" asked for credit card info. and couldn't get the info. straight I said -----never mind. FYI: She never acknowledged that $347.00 was incorrect. I am done with Bonobos. Too bad because they started out great and had a good product. Bonobos needs to either clean house and clearly needs to provide better training. Totally exasperating and a huge waste of time

Our shopping guide Sophia was WONDERFUL! Her effortless style helped my hus relax during the fitting -- shopping outfits isn't his favorite activity and he tends to be a bit nervous -- and there was laughter and chat.Make sure you make an appointment before you go.

This was a really unpleasant experience. You can't really go into the store and shop, they make you come in for an appointment to "fit" you for clothes, which is annoying because they don't really measure you, nor are their clothes custom fit or tailored. So it's a bit of a waste of time. Once they "fit" you, they don't really have anything stock and barely anything in store off their website. I actually ordered a pair of pants out of desperation for a ceremony I was having and the sales staff guaranteed shipping within 2-3 days, after a lot of discussion around the necessity of getting this order in time. They even said, once you place the order we can see if we can have them rushed to you- but of course they say that for the sale, and surprise... they didn't arrive and they couldn't rush the order. So do yourself a favor and save yourself the time and headache and get pants somewhere else. Or if you are really into these slacks, order online, cause they refer to their online store in store anyways. The in store experience was horrible.

Everything was great about my guideshop experience--friendly, attentive staff, and a thorough and quick fitting--but getting the suit was a disaster. It was difficult to find things in stock in my size, and part of my first order was cancelled. Shipping additional items to the store in time for my event turned out to be impossible, even after reassurances from the staff. After multiple visits to the guideshop, we still couldn't find the right suit in the right fit. Returning my partially fulfilled orders was difficult too. It seems like the staff don't really have any control over (or insight into) how long things will take on the back end. All just a shame because the staff were as courteous and professional as they could be, and the suits look and feel good.
