Terrible experience at Boost Mobile 235 Utica!, Brooklyn,NY,11213. First, their network is the worst — constant dropped calls and super slow internet. But what shocked me most was the manager, Imran, trying to overcharge me for an iPhone 13. He said $330 when other stores said $268 or $290. Clearly scamming customers!
Also, they took my phone and left a fake 5-star review without my permission. Super shady and unprofessional!
Boost Mobile should really investigate this store. I will never recommend them to anyone!

Worst Experience Ever — Stay Away from Boost Mobile!
I had one of the worst experiences with Boost Mobile, especially at the 235 Utica store. First of all, their network is terrible — constant dropped calls, slow internet, and weak signals. I have never seen such poor service from any other provider.
But what really made me upset was that when I signed up for their service, they took my phone and left a 5-star review for themselves without my permission! I couldn't believe it. I’m not sure if they do this to everyone, but they did it to me — which is so wrong and dishonest.
Honestly, I would never recommend Boost Mobile to anyone, and I will make sure people know about this shady practice. If you're thinking about going to Boost Mobile, especially the 235 Utica store, think twice. You’ll regret it like I did. The company really needs to pay attention to what’s happening at this store.

First of all “Sam” is a great representative for Boost Mobile. The store is actually on St. Johns but the address reads Utica Ave. Secondly, Boost Mobile’s technical support (I called before the store opened) did a great job helping me get my 78-year-old mother off of Tracfone. It took 2 days to get it done but “Sam” at the store called to follow up and he and his partner called Tracfone technical support to get the information needed to transfer the phone number to a new iPhone. My mother is happy to get Boost Mobile and get away from Tracfone. You guys are the best. Thanks so much!!
