Best Boost mobile store in Brooklyn customer service is a 10 always able to find phones that I'm looking for if they're not in the store they'll get them for you always looking to help you in whatever way they can just really respectful and courteous every time you come in the store

The guy that took care of me was named Jay. He was very knowledgeable and was able to take care of my problems very easily and with respect. I'd 10 of 10 recommend going to this BOOST store.

Can't complain about anything, from the first time I walked in last week Mark and his team was very nice polite+ knowledgeable of everything and he fixed my broke screen to my phone right there on the spot. I never went to a phone store and got great customer service ? I would recommend to anyone.

They sold me a bad phone. The main brother you see the majority of the time working, promised to replace my phone the next Tuesday. I called Monday before to confirm that I can come in to exchange the phone the next day, but a different brother was there, and didn't know about the arrangement. After explaining why I called, he began telling me it wouldn't happen and the back & forth between us led to an argument. Ultimately, the brother who initially agreed to replace my phone with a working phone, backed out of the agreement. I've never returned to do business with them. They're liars, deceptive, and conduct poor business practices. I wouldn't trust them if I was you.
