Don't waste your time coming at 10 am they're close, I ask the neighbors around and they told me the employees always open late. They are not reliable.

Don’t waste your time and just order everything online. I called all morning trying to check if they were open. Finally around 3pm ventured to the store. As soon as I got there the person told me that he had already clocked out for lunch and I had to come back in an hour. Unfortunately I waited. Once he was back he was so unhelpful, gave me the wrong information and altogether wasted my time.

I went to upgrade my phone and found a model online that was good enough at a price that was good enough. But rather than wait for it to come in the mail I opted to get the phone in person. In store I found the phone I wanted at the same price as on line, about $100 plus tax.
However I was also told that in store it amounts to about $162 because of "activation fee" and taxes. (Let's ignore that somehow ~$135 dollars amounts to $162 in taxes) I was more than willing to activate it myself, as I have done it in the past and activating these phones is so easy BOOSTS ON WEBSITE HAS A BANNER EXPLAINING THE THREE EASY STEPS TO IT.
If this were a service they provide for people who don't feel comfortable doing it themselves that would be one thing, but it was mandatory. Because I didn't agree to pay an extra 50-60 dollars for them to do something I could do at home, I couldn't pick up the phone there. It's like ordering a slice of pizza, being told "Oh, the price is 66% higher because of the anchovies, and if you don't want anchovies on the slice, we can't sell it to you."
To be clear: this one star is not for the service reps at the store. They were following a company policy.
The one star is for whoever made that policy. It's for the guy in the boardroom who probably makes 12 times what the service reps do to come up with policies to actively inconvenience people and then charge them money to alleviate it. If you want to charge me more for expedited or improved service? Sure. Don't arbitrability make service worse so you can then demand money.
