Do not shop here! Terrible service. They sold me completely counterfeit and broken headphones and continued to refuse to refund me over the phone and in person on multiple occasions, although they at fault for selling me these.

Scam artists.If you don’t know your exact plan and pay too much, they will pocket the difference and never tell you. They also steal your change. Do not give them business. Go literally anywhere else.

The person that works inside of this place was awesome today. He helped me out and he did it all for free. He was such a sweetheart. He helped me transfer my phone out and was very positive the entire time this guy I don’t know his name but he was a sweetheart. All I know is he was Hispanic and he had on a white T-shirt. He was awesome. You need to give that guy a race. Thank you so much sweetheart you are a lifesaver.

The manager charged me 101 dollars for this line to transfer the number and since there was no internet he told me to pay, he would take care of everything, then he did not want to return the rest of the money according to him because I did not have the old zip code, he only charged 25 dollars to my line I do not recommend this site for Nothing Nothing

Angie is amazing. Simple Mobile changed my phone number overnight. I woke up to a new phone number on my phone while I used the same number for 15 years.The customer service representative told me that I can not have my old phone number back but, Angie was on the phone for almost an hour trying to get it back. She surely did and I am so happy with their service. Will come back for any issues with phone carrier or accesories !!!! Highly recommend this mobile shop

Roberto is a ridiculous. He tries to charge you for everything. In my case he tried to charge me $90.00 for a chip transfer having the chip mailed to me by boost mobile itself, and then tries to charge me $25.00 to activate. I called the company and they told me that is not correct. I guess he thought he was going to pocket my money. I heard other stories didn't believe it to I went myself. He thinks because the store is in Park Slope he is going to overcharge and get more money. Bad Customer Service

This guy try to charge me 25$ (after discount haha) just for the SIM card (no plan just small plastic ) !!! All place in ny can give you SIM card sprint works with boost for 1$ or free . Have a nice day ??
