Bad service, I was with boost for a year. Wanted to switch since my phone broke and they kept giving me the run around when I was asking for my transfer pin. I was at the phone store for 2 hours until they decied they wanted to release the number. The other company has to call them and they finally caught on. I don't know why they do things like that. In overall boost sucks , service sucks and customer service sucks.
