Could be cleaner, there usually a lot of trash strewn along the car wash area, the pumps are usually well kept.

Monday, Feb 26, today, around 5 pm, my mom bought 2 empanadas at BP 802 65th st location, one meat, one cheese. She was only able to take 1 or 2 bites of the meat one. The cheese empanada was as hard as a rock and she couldn't bite through. My mom is elderly and could have easily broken a tooth if she bit any harder. She's diabetic and needed to eat something quickly and couldn't even do that because the worker knowingly gave her an obviously hard empanada and didn't care. For safety reasons and the sake of your business, please make sure that the food items are edible before selling them. She spent 5 dollars and wasn't able to eat any of what she bought and she's visibly upset at having been taken advantage of in an area we've lived at for 15+ yrs.

In December the staff said the washers are not operating but after driving by I saw someone using it, and paid for a token and used it.Today in January the hoses are all zip tied up, not available for use.

Never use this station to wash the car. Although it is stated that there will be 10 minutes of car washing time for every $8, the machine stops after 8 minutes and 30 seconds. The rest of 1 minute and 30 seconds make big difference for everyone. Cheating going on here. Be careful or go somewhere else.

A recent unfortunate experience has left me profoundly unsettled and compelled me to write this review, with the hope of sparing others from a similar ordeal. The encounter I had with one of the workers can only be described as a masterclass in impatience and rudeness, leaving me thoroughly disheartened and inexplicably frustrated.Right from the very beginning, it was painfully clear that this individual harbored no intention of engaging in a conversation that was respectful or meaningful. Their audacious behavior was starkly evident in their complete disregard for even the most rudimentary principles of communication etiquette. Rather than extending the basic courtesy of allowing me to complete a sentence, they relentlessly interrupted, effectively stifling any attempts at genuine discourse on my part. The interaction felt akin to trying to engage in a dialogue with an unyielding brick wall – my voice was overshadowed by an incessant barrage of "No No No," which only served to intensify their dismissive demeanor.
