My first time Visiting BRIC on fulton street for Brujeria Festival. I went the Saturday Magic Market afternoon event where there were local vendors and and live performances which had the crowd dancing. The salsa night was full of vibe with DJ and everyone dancing all around the floor. It was so much much. The event had an age limit of 21 and over but when buying the tickets online that wasn't clearly stated which caused alot of problems at the door.

Today, me and my gf went to the Brooklyn Brujeria Magic Market and Fair at BRIC. I am still vibrating from the transcendent Bomba and African music and the beautiful people in attendance. Everyone was smiling and happy, vendors were selling beautiful and thoughtful jewelry, clothes, candles and of course magic spells. I had a blast. I feel like I'm floating. It was heaven.

It's amazing to see how far this organization has come since it opened over
years ago.... I love the classes they have for budding video creators as myself. Prices are great, and they have flexible schedules. It's a great community resource.

The Grace Jones & Janelle Monae show was a organizational DISASTER. Security let jerks come in and stand in front of people who had come early to stake out a spot. (The first picture was my spot when I got there, and then when security did no crowd control. I will NEVER go to another BRIC event again! Waste of $116! 🤬

I took a class at BRIC and had a horrible experience. I am a relatively frugal person, but after my experience with the instructor and the staff I preferred to waste the money for the remaining courses than go back.
