This is the only hand car wash in my neighborhood. First time i want they broke my phone mount but i let it go bc hey mistake happens then i want 2nd time they pill off my tint like seriously they really don’t care about your car. They just want to finish the work that’s it. Please don’t go. It’s not worth that of the money and ruining your car at the same time.

I was a permanent customer with a membership card. I liked a quality of the carwash despite it's kind of far away from my home. Everytime I was spending from $32 till $47(silver&golden packages) including tips. And when the card has leftover 2 or 3 carwash to get a free carwash, on the cashier told me that its under new management and card not working anymore. It's feels like you got tricked, especially I was driving alk the way from Brighton Beach Area. I hope the new management will do something about, because otherwise it's no sense to come all the way here, when a few carwash around the area I live.
But anyway, Goodluck to the new management and I hope they will figure out something about.

I came here for car wash they didn’t even wash it properly. All the snow is appear in my car . When I talk to lady who sit In reception she were so rude . Didn’t not listen my probs at all . I suggest not to go there ever .

I think everyone who writes a review must visit a particular place 2-3 times before you lambast a business.
That one bad experience could have been a mix of you and whoever you had to deal with having a bad day. If you visit 2-3 times and you get the same treatment then we know they have issues.
I had a soso experience first time around, guess what, they’ve been my carwash ever since. Sometimes it takes us as customers to enhance our experience.
They do an excellent job inside and out consistently and above all else the prices are still reasonable.
Stop by try them out get the deluxe 😂
