I’m sorry but this place disappoints. It feels unloved. The markers in the play room didn’t work. The hand sanitizer doesn’t always work and smells terrible. The cafe is incredibly bare bones. I know folks are trying but for a 45$ family day it feels like someone played this community. We will not return.

My son and I got lost while playing here last Thursday. My son said he was running to the bus to play, but he ran to the toilet in a hurry. I followed him and lost him. Thank you to the staff for helping me find him. The staff was polite and caring. good! ?

Beautiful, spacious, and has a variety of activities for an energetic toddler. My 2 year old had a blast and did not want to leave.
My only critique would be the size of the bathrooms. They all feel small and cluttered .

Brooklyn Children's Museum. Children Ai now appropriate. This was amazing for all who attended. One Crown Heights is the amazing organization that helped bring this all together. Community unity and fun as the glue. It was so incredible to see all the kids enjoying themselves. Blessings to all who participated and attended. ?

No AC, food regular/ overpriced..the kids loved it for the views of course but it was very uncomfortable inside due to overheating

I gave 2 stars because the place was super hot like there was no AC available, the place looked like it had not been sanitized in years especially the toddler section, food area was clean, food was good, but not many selections, bathrooms where clean, overall my kids enjoyed because it was so interactive and like a big playground with lots of things to stir up imagination so that's what matters most.

Great exhibits, but beware the hordes of school children on weekdays. At our Children's Museum in Atlanta I remember staff picking up after the kids and setting things back in place, but here the kids put all the play pizza toppings into the floor and the cupboards in the play store were bare. I felt like cleaning up after them. Still, there's fun to be had.

Way to expensive for how dirty and run down the place is.

Wow! I'm so happy this still exists. I went here a lot when I was a kid. I lived right around the corner. It was such a unique experience.
