While I appreciate this credit union, I'm frustrated that they don't provide certain services that other institutions offer. Today, I needed to dispute a charge, and although they have an online feature for it, it's currently not functioning properly. The only other option is to visit a branch in person to initiate the dispute. I wonder why they don't have printable online forms available? Requiring customers to visit a branch for minor issues that other institutions handle online is quite inconvenient.

Contacted by fraud department which cancelled my bank card and neither branch is open today to resolve my issue or grant access to my money. Horrible!!!! Moving my account.issue and specifically to issue a new card so I can have access my mobey.

I have been a member since 2018, sadly it's time for me to close my account and move on. A financial institution is supposed to protect its customers against fraudulent activity on their accounts. BCOOP will fail to protect you! How can you allow a merchant to charge your card without authorization several months after you last visited their place of business and not deemed that a fraudulent activity? No one needs a fair weather bank, please do better. What a shame!

Misleading information about Saving accounts and joint accounts. Hours of operations is only less than 20 hours.

This is the only bank that's always close..service is good but don't depend on operation service especially if you want to withdraw or deposit money because you never know when this bank is open or close.......

every single time i have to deal with them, for any reason it is always a headache. understaffed, unorganized, bad communication, apathy from most of the employees. always a glitch or a problem with even the simplest tasks. GOODBYE

I am so grateful to have switched from Chase (after they charged me $60 for each of two $2.50 transactions that went under my balance while the balance stated that I had money enough) to this community Federal Credit Union. The staff is extra friendly and professional. Fees are minimum. As the clientele is not huge they get to know you and treat you without rush and as family. They have many resources such as financial workshops, small business workshops and loans, free tax preparation, mobile app where you can deposit checks, among other great features. I can’t recommend them highly enough!!

Highly unprofessional arrangement of servicing, they are not aware how to solve what should be common banking issues usually argue Infront of customers, which is very demeaning to the staff and usually have but one to two persons for the entire traffic volume no matter what time of day you go in, they do not have different locations which is a disadvantage, there is a surcharge for everything, they do not have multiple departments but one person usually wears many hats to which causes delay from the servicing of others as Management is never available to be hands on in the functioning of good business.
