We bought large and heavy ITEMS. We asked the security guard if we could take the shopping cart to the parking lot and he called “The Manager”. She came with A VERY NASTY attitude, saying that the Cart can’t be taken out of Burlington and that’s fine but the way she talked to us was so horrible. No education at all. A terrible manager. She does not know how to deal with people. Her tone, her attitude, not her trying to solve a problem. We just left that place.

I’m here right now writing this review. I have one item. The line look like a 20year sentence. To have 22 registers an only 5 open is crazy . Open a express line, do something management. Damn . This place suck

There are often long queues in the store. For example, now only 8 out of 23 cash registers are working. It seems that no one thinks about the comfort of customers

Long lines, 4 cashiers making a 100 ppl wait for an hour in line taking their time !! That's not on a busy day!!

Terrible experience, waiting two hours in line, no manager helping to move the line and some cashiers doing what they shouldn't do at a time when there is a very long line of 7 cashiers, they need more help with the lines. My experience makes me not want to come back. You're going to tell me not to come back. Thanks

The store is well organized and secured however, the lines were atrocious. With there being 5 Cashiers and over 100 people wait times averaged an hour.

A place that has everything, if you are looking for kitchen utensils, luggage for flights, clothes and underwear this is the place. Cheap and very nice.

I'm uncomfortable with the HOBO at the door. There's always something going on at that door, HOBO, man with giant dog, men loitering.... It's exhausting. Service inside is usually top notch and the food is great. Clean well kept ambience, not as inviting as previous, less seating. I believe I saw an ATM also.
