I had a stroke and needed to sit down ( was walking with a cane ) the lady that worked there said I couldn’t sit there , so I put back everything I was about to buy and left ! Will never go back to that store or and other Burlington , not worth my money !

Well I can’t say it was a good experience, it was a horrible experience, I went there for a couple of things including a very Calvin Klein bag. The first time I ask for help, the security staff call the person that was supposed to help me, I waited 20 mins for the help, she saw me that I was only person there waiting and didn’t even acknowledge me .she started to do something else, so I had to ask her if she can help. But the story it’s too long so I’m gonna cut it short. At the end of the day I still got the bag . The only people that help me were this nice lady and a nice gentleman that works there. I never been there but unfortunately I can’t say I would be back again. The employee it’s a rude and disrespectful person.

Horrible,at gateway 🥺I'm done here,all the time lines are ridiculous, worse 3 cashairs about 50-100
Customers,many worker playing with clothes 20 something cash registers clearly obviously need more employees,this minor situation is going to be the down fall of this chain🤔need a better management team,store crowded more floor people go to registers customers 1st.when it slows down return to what you where doing.but clearly

Which is bull ,thus has been for years,not one day,note,how can you fix something,when it was right in front of you,your Business your income,now people leaving 🤔 you got to what.look like I said it's time to shut the doors people you best to shop where you are Respected for your $$.
Do this for all stores with long lines.we have the power together to close any store power to the people🤛

Long waiting time when cashing out the lines are ridiculous with maybe 4 cashier.. more cashiers will make it a less of a wait

“The prices at Burlington are good, but the line is incredibly long. You may have to wait at least 1.5 hours.Last time, I left all my items and went home because I couldn’t wait with the baby .

Trash in the carts broken merchandise messed up carts and I saw an employee putting the small carts back with trash inside them and broken, but I will admit it might just be a bad day

No other words but horrible, management should do better for there customer, the mal, and the store name; never seen so much mess in one store, for such a large store like this one no employees, if you lucky and find one, good luck, they either don’t know or can’t help or they busy doing who know what??? NOT CLEANING AND ORGANIZING FOR SURE, every single isle is a mess, not one part of the store make you want to shop. The line process to paid a total disaster. Better management is urgently needed, BURLINGTON DO BETTER!

1st time in the specific location and the wait time in the line was literally an hour!!’ They had 6 registers open with about 70 people in the line that pretty much wrapped around the front end of the store.The manager should be FIRED

The check-out needs improvement they are slow, extremely slow, and they all stand around talking. Some get to it and actually work,take an hour or two to put merchandise away, and let those people work the register smh.

Just visited and am horrified. Female older staff in bag section was extremely rude. She screamed and yelled at me when I asked her to please unlock the bags. Unfortunately didn’t get her name but that’s not how customers should be treated. Definitely won’t be back. I was scared to ask for assistance. It seems I’m not the only one. Other customers around me were also scared of her.
Fortunately a lovely younger female staff came to assist when she saw her colleague’s appalling behaviour. She had curly hair and deserves to be commended for her help.
Still recommend avoiding this store if you want any help. There are other better Burlington stores around. Unless they make some drastic changes and train their staff in basic human decency.
