For some reason every time i visit this burlington this manager presents herself at the register either on her phone very loud or speaking to the workers on the cash register about bs or gossiping about other co workers. All while theres a longgggg line of customers to attend to. The cashiers will literally pause engage in a convo & proceed to cash out whenever theyre good and ready just disregarding the customers. The customer service here is terrible.

A tornado must have ran through this store. It's items out of place everywhere, on the floors. Staff doesn't like to be asked questions. It must be under poor management! Why is the public restrooms closed?! Will never come here again!

I am so disappointed the customer service is bad they are rude if she speaks Spanish and English and the customer Spanish why she dosen't speak Spanish to the customer and talk bag to the customer like she is taken something from the store and said that i don't have to speaks spanish i don't want to that not at good answer.
the line was big if I do the line but I can't pay for becouse the clothes dosen't have price u know how big the line and I take long to choose all the clothes to tell me come bag next day in the morning like my time is not important and I don't have nothing to do but I loose the day in the line and I can't pay.

Burlington is a great store to shop at BUT I stand in line longer than it takes to shop you really need to do better Burlington More cashiers is needed in most of your stores

I went in for a bag. I waited over an hour just to be told “my shift just started, I don’t feel like it” then proceeded to watch every single worker on the floor avoid helping me get the bag (which is locked up for security purposes) there were other customers on the floor complaining about the same issue. I ended up leaving empty handed and disappointed. The staff is horrible and needs to be replaced.

Customer service and counter service is very bad. i am wating in the que more then hour. they have 10 cash counter. just only 2 counter is open.

I went to this Burlington twice today to retrieve a bag that was chained up and could not get assistance to release the bag at no times . The security instructed me to go downstairs to cashier #1 which i did and there was no one there. The last time in which I came back , I waited for 20 mins. along side 6 other customers and no one never came .this needs to be looked into please and I'm calling the coperate office on Monday to report this as well .

Like any discount store, you have to browse through quite a many items to find the good ones. Their pricing is mostly worth it, although make sure to double check your items to make sure they aren't defective - I saw a few pieces with holes or rips while browsing (maybe 1-2%overall: i noticed defects on 3 jackets across 5 racks).
While the lighting was good and things were mostly in the sections they were supposed to be in, I did not get to the trial rooms as I was purchasing outerwear. Minus one star since the store itself didn't appear to be too well-maintained and there definitely seemed to be a staffing problem: only two registers out of 10 were open on one floor (upper floor registers were closed at 5pm) and it took almost 40 minutes of being in line to get to the front and check out.
I visited on a weekday at 4.30pm and left at 5.50pm after the 40 mins it took to check out the two items I wanted to purchase.
