Worst Burlington ever ! I went to buy a coat on Monday 9am and all the coats have strings and alarms so I couldn’t try them on or see how I looked or if it even fit , the workers on the floor were no help when it came to being able to try it on. Looking at me like I had three heads and Kept guiding me to register 12 with no one there I waiting 20 mins and no one helped. Left without a coat I rather buy somewhere where there’s more competent workers. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

The staff at the register are very polite, however the people servicing the floor took forever to get to me. I had to hunt someone down just to get a coat open after waiting for 15 minutes. When I went, the fitting rooms were closed so I couldn’t even try on what I wanted to buy. However, the worst thing by far is the lines. I waited in line, no lie more than an hour. This happens every time I go, and for some reason they always only have two cashiers. Don’t even waste your time coming here.

Beautiful stuff small selection but god damn the lines are always long . Went in so many times to shop trolleys full but when you gotta look at the line I always just leave everything and walks out disappointed. What’s the use of having so many cash registers and barely any cashiers?

lines was extremely long only two cashiers and no one was there to ask for assistance as i was shopping . this burlington is horrible i've been to several and never experienced nothing like this .

I recently visited the one on Graham why security with the rope also cashier don’t smile I told my cashier smile otherwise the store need some putting together cause it looks like things not put together right and some up grade on the clothes. With a strong Team that store can be great also find more cashier

Yall need to do better!!!! It’s 10:14am and the line is wrapped around the store . Why is it always 1 cashier when the store is open . But yall always have a sign that says “ Hiring “ … make it make sense .

I barely come in this store and today I decided to go to shop and as I was on the line a employee in this store was dressed very unprofessionally she had on no bar her breast was practically showing through the shirt what store hires someone like that, that dresses unprofessionally very disgusting

The line is horrible and I’ve been here couple times. They never resolve this issue. Yes they do have some good stuff but not with the wait AT LEAST 45 min and That’s on the slow day and at least 60 people in line ahead of me with 2 registers open.

They had 2 cashiers open !!! With the line wrapper around whole floor. i spent an hour in line and people started yelling for manager to open more cashiers. After 10 minutes they opened one and then another. Until people made noise the manager didnt care! Terrible experience

Very long lines, hardly a cashier in sight and although Burlington is responding to comments regarding the very same issue I can tell that nothing has improved overtime so my guess is, the responses are AI. If I wasn’t getting my grandson something, I would’ve walked right out

There were lots of broken and opened items from customers..... sadly, I couldn't get the items from this location. **attached photos. I guess the customer broke it then they changed their mind not buying it the items left it behind the cashiers. :( a worker was carrying a furniture toward the cashier without saying "excuse me behind you...." Few customers at the cashier almost hit by this :( It's been very, very long lines around 6pm - wait time is about 20min to get to the cashier....... Super slow. before I'm getting a receipt, a cashier is calling next customers and I had a shopping cart. 3 customers were together at the cashierInfront of me and I had a hard time getting out with a cart. :( I wonder the cashier couldn't see it? I needed to get out first then, calling to the next customer????? I was stocked with it! Try to come here when you have plenty of time! I went to Union square location after that, even though their location have more space and organized, this location has more items :) I prefer one here. broken items are all over Burlington....... Customers are less judgmental here I guess the neighbors are shopping compare to Union Sq location.
