I can't think of any place or service that has blatantly ripped me off. What a fiasco. And in the end sends a piece of film in an envelope saying it was mine. Where's the other roll? Save your money and find a professional you'd be able to trust and have peace of mind. Don't waste you're time calling, the one time someone answered it was an imposition.

I’m so happy to have a membership with BCD! They are so fast at delivering your scans and negatives and Lucia does a great job at processing and keeping you in the loop of how your order is going.
