Is it that hard to do your job?
I came at 2:00 on a Friday. There was a sign on the door that said “back by 2:30”- okay, no problem. I come back at 3:00 and there’s another sign that says “back in 10 minutes”. I waited 10 minutes and then left. Is it that hard to do your job? Is it necessary to take several long breaks every hour? I find it quite ridiculous. I came TWO times in the middle of a work day, and you’re closed. Ridiculous.

I needed a specialty paint from Benjamin Moore which they had in stock. They offered other options as well. The service couldn't have been better. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the color, too. Now I know where to get the right paint for the job!

Got curse out and scream at because they gave me the wrong paint. They have no respect towards women and I had to call police because worker kept cursing at me. I won’t return to this shop again. They have no respect towards women.

I went to replace a bulb and took my example. they took my example, gave me the WRONG replacement, then refused to take a return when I discovered THEY gave ME the wrong bulbs. worthless!

This store sells soil that has fungal gnats. I went to return the soil that was leaking from the bag and they refused to refund without a recent for a purchase made that week. I would not recommend this store.

These guys are SHADY. The store is great, well stocked and you think Great, I just found my new local paint store.Then they hit you with the prices. They do not want to honor the prices that are up on the walls. I was buying a gallon of paint, multiple signs priced it at $39.99 a gallon.They wanted to charge me $47.99. There were 3 levels of quality, priced $39, $47, $59. When I caught their mistake, they argued with me that the prices went up and those were the old signs and then argued further that it’s the same quality when clearly the cans tell you differently.I had to argue with them that if the prices went up and they should change the signs.After a long argument and threatening to leave the store they gave it to me for the listed price.Just beware and watch out for the prices there. I like to support small business but not when they’re trying to take advantage of their customers.

Unfriendly. The Christmas lights I bought flickered and I wouldn’t be able to tell without opening the box… then they wouldn’t let me return because the box was open. Not even for store credit. Never going back. The prices are insane anyways
