Can’t you seriously fix card reader for atm in 6 months? Worst branch I’ve seen ever. Tried to deposit cash couple months before that. ATM would not take. Had to wait in line and deposit it with teller. Banking should be easy, fast not whatever this branch trying to do or honestly not do probably fits better.

This Capitol Bank 927 Flatbush Avenue needs more security guards to keep the homelessness out of the bank because they keep harassing customers by begging for money especially after hours the customers have a limited time to use the ATM machines from Monday-Friday 8:00am-9:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-2:00pm we need at least one or two security guards to protect the customers from Armed Robbers and Homeless people when customers deposit money in their bank accounts or withdraw money from their bank accounts!

Since when this location close the atm section along with the opening hours? Let your customers know that it's not 24 hours. This is the second time I try to use the atm around 11pm and it's closed. Always broken atm machines, now limited hours for the atm. Why open if you can't maintain the basics.

Ostensibly without 24 hour ATM. Reliable in-bank Wi-Fi, but subjectively bad music during most past visits.

I love Capital one as a bank but this branch is terrible! They are under stuff, the wait to talk with someone was pass two hours!

The staff was unpleasant. I asked if I could ask a question and was met with impatience and then she pffed and said it’s not a yes or not question. Unnecessary attitude.

I think the people that are giving this branch a good rating are either employees or their families because the unfortunate times that I have to visit this location it's always lousy service, The executives from Capital One should send someone undercover to record the unprofessional conduct that goes on there.

The worst in customer service the worst in customer service I don't recommend that bank I wanted to open an account because it's 5 minutes from my house but it's a pain I gave it a star because you can't give it a 0

ATMs can get very busy but it's a convenient location and staff is friendly and attentive.

I had proof that the vendor did not provide what they agreed to in the contract. The vendor admitted it in a text message. Capital One denied my claim.

Customer service is really bad here. Very long line and the tellers doesn’t seems to care at all. There are 14 people on the line and one one teller is working while the others are doing nothing.
