Racist workers!! Neglected because I’m Hispanic. Employee told me multiple times to speak English. I do speak English fluently but I was translating for someone else and he kept coming over and telling me to speak English this happened Friday December 6,2024 at around 12:30pm. Very unprofessional!! Manager refused to come speak with me about the issue!

Withdrew money from atm and received 3 damaged bills with part of the serial numbers ripped off. Spoke with a teller at the bank only to get told I have to call a number and when I called they said the bank has to resolve the issue by replacing the bills so now I have to go back and hope somehow I get my money that their atm dispensed damaged.

On Nov 2nd just left the bank at 3:59 right before the security guard lock the doors on everyone. Saying he was ordered to do that? Lock like two people out from using the ATM. What kind of service is this? Especially over the weekend when people need to withdraw or put in money the bank. Capital one should relocate or hiring new people because this bank is becoming insufficient for our neighborhood. I will start telling people to sign up to Chase bank.

It has lousy customer service. Associates are not attentive to the customers needs. Has to go to another branch in the city. (34th St) which they were very attentive, courteous and respectful. They resolved my concerns right away.

Horrible treatment to customers, randomly locking the doors for the ATM when it used to be 24/7 access. Many families and working class patrons need to deposit or withdraw money to do errands / pay bills etc. At least tell the public when you change your ATM hours or schedule!

This has been my home bank for years. It has always been reliable for 24/7 atm access, at least with all the times I’ve gone there. All of sudden the doors are being locked extremely early. This bank location is STILL advertise having a 24/7 atm. The doors are annoying enough with card reader being inconsistent. If you’re going to stop providing all-day atm services at least notify the public of the change.

This day I went to open an account and at the entrance there were two employees. I imagine they are the ones who help guide you to what you need and both they and the teller were very discriminating. I think that in this state and everyone in the world we are all equal, no matter the race, color status, we are all equal. The truth is, they recommended that bank to me, but they couldn't do a simple opening of an account for me. incompetent people who are paid a salary to treat people badly, I call on the managers to take action on the matter because not only was it me, behind me came another person with the same need and with children in her arms and they did not want to assist her and they treated her badly just because she did not know English when one of the people at the door did know Spanish and still denied her help, they are inhumane people...

I walked over 40 mins to go do an international transfer (because this bank is the only one not providing this service online in 2024 !) i arrived at 3pm and they told me it was too late to do so (when the bank closes at 5pm !). Useless

Please hire just ONE more teller. I've been here hundreds of times at different hours on different days and the line is always WRAPPED AND OUT THE DOOR. Waiting an hour to spend 2 minutes depositing money is crazy. Just ONE, for the love of God I know you have the cash.
