I withdrew $100 with the teller, the next day I see a withdrawal for $1,600 from the same branch from the same teller with out my authorization. Branch found out he must of mistaken the account number. Not only was this full of frustration, I had to travel back to the branch from the other side of queens. Paid $40 lyft ride to get here, and miss out of work because of the negligence of my account, as well as I had to call the cops because.. no one answers the phone. How would you expect someone to feel when a large amount of money is gone. How am I suppose to feel when seeing this. This triggered so much anxiety for me. I am looking to close my account and move my money elsewhere. Oh and top it off, they supposedly can't fix it the day of reporting because of the branch is digital and can't process any ledgers. How is this useful for the clients? To wait till Tuesday for it to be corrected? Insanely crazy, if the bank wanted to borrow my money.. I should be compensated more than what removed.

Expect to spend 45 min or more most times. Not a clean place.

Do not try to do anything at this bank. the waiting time is outrageous. Sadly it's just not this way in other branches in Manhattan that I'be visited. what a disservice to the community. Sad.

Worst customer service experience in all my years of dealing with banks and I have been dealing with banks before chase was chemical bank. You would think that after receiving the worst customer service from a teller that the branch manager would be different. No it was worse. He acted as if you disturbed his lunch or something. He was very unprofessional. His vocabulary was on par with dealing with a street thug. (I mean this). I have only been to capital one in manhattan and have never experienced such third world customer service especially coming from the branch manager who is supposed to set the standard for everyone else. Now I understand why capital one is closing branches. If your customer service is horrible like this then customers won't ever come back like me!!!!

Well look at that. A million people in line and only two tellers. I'm shocked. Manage your schedule better and stop wasting your customers time.

Line is always ridiculous especially on Mondays and Fridays after 4 PM. They have like 9 windows and only 2 tellers working them the rest are useless. They need to get more staff! Common sense if you know its heavier with customers on certain days and times with people trying to cash their checks open up more windows. Organize the place a little make one line for simple transactions, a few to cash checks only and maybe a business only line I don't know something. ATM's were a problem at one point I agree with Johnson not sure if they were fixed or not. Staff is friendly Just the overall bank experience there sucks. Don't have much complains at other locations.

Horrible...4 ATM machines in the bank and none of them don't work..not even one. In addition, there's only 3windows that are open

I had the worst of luck. Received a damaged $20 bill from an ATM recently and dunno what to do. The whole bill has about 30% cut off. No business wanna accept it. Luckily there's Google and according to the Fed all I have to do is exchange it at a bank! Any bank! Sounds easy, right? No! Well, not at this bank! Here's our exchange after 20 mins in line... First excuse: "Sorry we can't except it because the serial number is missing (points to lower right corner)" "(Points to upper left corner) Well, you still have the serial number here, and according to the Fed, you need to accept it because it's more than 50% intact" Second attempt to dismiss me: "So you got it at an ATM, was it our ATM?" "No, but it doesn't matter because..." "Well, MAYBE you need to try to contact them instead. We can't help you here!" "Ummm, no. You're a bank and you need to accept it because it's still legal tender according to the Fed. Can you PLEASE google it, because I already researched this issue!" Third time is the charm, I guess: "Before I do that, sir, do you have an account with us?" "No, not right now, but why does it matter? You're a bank..." "(Relieved breath) Well we can't help you because you're NOT our customer," said Juana C, the bank manager. "Um... WHAT?!?!" "Yeah, this bank is only for Capital One customers ONLY!" "You are a bank. You operate under a license from the Fed. You provide service to the community..." "No, sorry sir. We can't help you! We are NOT obligated to! Blah blah blah..." I've never been refused service by a bank before. They didn't even TRY to understand where I'm coming from. Well, you just lost a potential customer, and I'm sure as hell won't bring any business to such lousy bank with this kind of customer service! I can already tell it got to be a NIGHTMARE to have an account with this bank. Yelpers, you've been warned!

The worst branch ever . I prefer to put no stars but I guess I have to give them one. After waiting over 20 mins ...the line was still not moving. Then when I finally got service the teller had a bad attitude and because of this experience I would never go to this branch ever again

This bank is ALWAYS packed, which isn't necessarily a good thing . I come to pay my credit card bill when paying online takes longer, but every time I come there is a very LONG line & only 2 tellers . With all the people that needs jobs nowadays, you would think they would hire more people . Gave 2 stars only because regardless of the 25 minute wait, the teller (don't remember her name unfortunately) was super nice & you can tell she was genuine about it, she probably felt our (the customers) pain on having to wait so long . my advice, hire more people !

I'd thought there was no bank worse than Chase until I visited this branch of Capital One, where the modus operandi seems to be geared toward diehard fans of sitting in the bank lobby and waiting for their name to be called from some ethereal sign-in list no one tells you about. Further, if you have Capital One 360, good luck accessing your account from a Capital One branch. What -- do you expect them to be correlated?!?! Awesome!
