Gave it two starts because the bank was open and servicing customers. The problem was the customers service was terrible. A older black gentleman attempted to help me but you could hardly hear him under the mask and he wasn’t very accommodating. The bank also only had one teller working behind the counter making service very slow

IT IS THE WORST BANK THAT CAN EXIST FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY BUSINESS TO USE THE SERVICES OF THIS BANK.GOOD EMPLOYEE BUT DOES NOT HAVE MANAGERS TO HELP FIND SOLUTIONS.and unlike other banks, INSTEAD OF BEING A SOLUTION, IT BECOMES A PROBLEM.

Asked bank for a copy printout of my statement and was told they don't have a printer?! What are you stupid, a bank doesn't have a printer oh please. Always a long line to make a deposit. Zero stars for all employees there who suck in professionalism!

The gaurd is nice place gets busy at times but I don't like to be asked for my id or card if you see my face all the time mean while we have illegals coming in using identity theif how is it getting so easy

The wait times are so long now. The new policies are terrible. They don't care about having customers in the bank. They just want people to use their website for everything even when I need help.

The security guard is very polite always greets the moment I walk in there and as far as for the tellers Julianna is the best she's so nice awesome customer service always a pleasure to speak to her.

Mediocre service at best. Never seen more than 2 tellers for 20 people or more lines. And for some reason the entire place ALWAYS reeks of unwashed body odor. It is disgusting. Someone there clearly needs to start showering and wearing deodorant.

I love this branch not because it's convenient for me on the way home but I love their service. The employees are professional, personable and friendly. They pay close attention to every detail of your transaction making sure it's done correctly. One thing I'd like to point out is that they make sure you don't wait on line for a long period of time. If one of teller's "window" is closed because they're working on something you better believe they'd stop and open up. One thing for sure is that they take notice if I haven't shown up for awhile at this branch. As soon as I walk in they all give me the 3rd degree! "Where were you?" "What happened, haven't seen you for awhile?" "You don't like us anymore and you went to another branch!" I can go on and on. This is why I love this Capital One!!!!
