I ordered donuts and munchkins from this place and I love them but sometimes they are so dry and hard.I also love coffee from them,they always get it right and it's very good.The service lady is always unavailable and doesn't listen to my order sometimes so the service is kind of rude.The ambience is always quiet and almost no people there the whole day.

Absolutely horrible the female employee working today Sunday October 16, 2022 after 3 PM is rude and obnoxious. I wanted a decaf pumpkin spice latte she started to yell and tell me it's not possible to make that drink... anyway she made it tasted horrible because she is not professionally trained to make seasonal drinks. I would give this place a zero do not waste your time and money.

Fast service, easy to order and pick out what I want, lots of variety and has everything I want. Driver was great and left the order outside my door and it was very quick.

The cashier are always friendly. They always have my favorite donuts, strawberry donuts. Their hash brown is the best compare to McDonald's and Burger King because their hash brown have more flavor in them. However, if you want to get hash brown you have to wait for more than 5 minutes so if you were in a rush, you won't be able to get it.

Idiots, that all what I can say, I came on morning before work, hungry, I have had limited time, came to took my order. They told me that's it's not my, I wait about 10 minutes my order, after that they telling me that somebody took it, they are not working they sucking on work, idiots!

Ordered a dark roast coffee black with sugar....this guy give me 1 with cream. Ordered a iced tea with cream and sugar and the dude actually give me real sugar! I want liquid syrup sugar. My drink tasted like crunchy nerds.

The banker and manager were super friendly, great customer service! I am not even a BoA customer and I came in for notary services. They were more than accommodating!

Don't like this store I like Starbucks better Staff not friendly Beverages isn't that good as Starbucks Not sure why my bro like these beverages His tasted & mine are not the same We come here 2 for $4 beverages

Delicious caramel iced lattes. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make their customers happy. The store is very clean. The staff know what they are doing and always make my iced coffee perfectly. Great vibe at this location. What's not to love?

I'm a regular at this Dunkin' Donuts and I always order on the go coffee early in the morning at 6AM. This time however I ordered an ice coffee and hot coffee and I've waited for nearly 20 mins and didn't see anyone preparing the drink despite the line of people ordering and receiving their drinks before me . I asked the barista if my drink was coming up, giving them the benefit of the doubt that my drink was soon to be next and to my disappointment , they said my drink never came in . I clearly showed them the receipt on the app and the lady cashier first responded " it's the wrong location " and then realized her mistake and said " my order never went through" and pressed ORDER NOW for me. When I checked the history, I now have 2 orders. I asked for a refund for one of the orders and she said she couldn't refund on the app and called a manager over. The manager was of no help at all as he said they never received the on the go despite him seeing my receipt on the phone . Could've been an issue where the machine ran out of paper and didn't process my order but regardless, he wouldn't honor my order on the phone . I had to fight for the two orders now because he only made the order that the lady cashier pressed without my consent. I technically paid twice for 1 order . He offered a coffee but I paid for a coffee and a ice coffee, how does that make sense?? The lady cashier and manager got irritated and ended up giving my ice coffee as well eventually. I had to fight for what I originally ordered because "their system was having problems ". I didn't even receive compensation as the whole argument was just to honor what I originally ordered. This place doesn't deserve my business. Unfortunately , I loved ordering here early in the morning for the convenience but now I will take my business elsewhere. If they saw the receipt on my phone and they didn't receive it, why couldn't they just simply honor it?? Technology has its difficulties but trusting the customer has far more benefits than a few extra dollars earned as they have now lost a regular customer

This particular DD had me really disappointed. My friends and I made separate orders on food while our drinks were treated by one person. The cashier charged us for what we ordered and gave us the receipts and we waited a few minutes. My friend orders a cinnamon raisin bagel or some kind of flavored bagel and paid for it. I mean I was right there behind him, but the server who prepared our food and drinks argued that he didn't pay for it, so the order wasn't put in. I jumped in their conversation and said that I witnessed my friend pay for that other order, but when he pulled out the receipt, the cashier didn't charge it. He had already paid for three coffees. Got change. Ordered the bagel. Gave money. Waited. I ordered that candy bacon croissant sandwich, and the cashier even repeated back to me that I wanted it on croissant, which I said yes. A few minutes had passed and other people were already receiving their orders and the server asked me what I was waiting on and I showed him my receipt and he said he already made that. I was surprised because I was patiently waiting to be called and the guy says my friend took the sandwich. So I asked him to open the bag and it was a bagel sandwich, which was not what I ordered. I asked him nicely to fix it for me because I simply wanted what I paid for. So my friend asked him if his bagel was ready and that's when the server said it wasn't paid for so the order didn't come up. So my friend had to go pay again. I was upset for him! When he got his coffee, it wasn't even what he ordered so he waited in line again for his bagel and coffee. That shouldn't be happening. I understand that we all make mistakes, and busy atmospheres promotes us to be efficient, but it wasn't even that busy. Our orders were just mistakened back-to-back. It made us seem like we were the ones being picky, but we were just trying to show them what was wrong and that we just wanted what we ordered. There were no negative attitudes or rude exchanges. The guy that made our food asked for the receipt again and even asked the cashier what I ordered. Then the cashier came over to the pick up area and asked me if I wanted croissant instead, and this was where it was construed to me that the employees thought I changed my mind, but I showed my receipt to the cashier and said the order even specified croissant, so the server takes back my sandwich and asked me if I wanted it just a croissant. I said I was the one who wanted the sandwich stuff on croissant. The bagel was my friend's order. I was not impressed with the way the employees handled it. The server takes back my sandwich and corrects it in a croissant, but the sandwich was just cold at that point. I'm afraid to say that he probably just took the buns out and replaced it with the croissant. My coffee was supposed to have the toasted almond flavor added, but they used almond milk instead. Haha, oh well. I mean I'm not going to go back and say please fix this because at this point I don't know if anything I order will be what I wanted and I didn't feel like waiting any longer than the time we've spent waiting. Please don't view this review like its coming from someone who just complains or wants something out of a review. To me, I don't write reviews unless I think I should bring it to someone's attention. If the experience was so awesome, I'll write about it and drop names of the ones who are so wonderful and made that place great. If the experience was so bad, then I'll have to review it so you guys know what's going on and hopefully resolve or at least improve the situation so other patrons can get better experiences. I love DD. I go every week for my coffee fix. I don't favor a particular location, but the one I went to today by U and Bedford was not a positive experience. I feel bad for my friend who double paid and waited for an order that he supposedly didn't order. That&a
