Have to order everything online because they barely have anything in the store. I was looking for sets, Disappointing because I like Carters. We just walked a lil more and went to Children's place.

Poor customer service, they don't know how to respect, I don't recommend coming with children, there is no safety for them with the service they give us, also, they are racist, they were angry with some people that didn't speak english.

Love carter's clothing, but horrible experience at this particular location, had an item ordered and sent to the store, gave a phone call to the store 3days prior to 14days that item can be held and one day after 14days my item wasn't in the system, I was told that the person was suppose to make a note on the packaging stating not to put item on the floor, that I called saying I wascoming in to pick up item, I never received an email stating I was receiving my money back, had to pay again and put in a dispute for me to receive my money back, definitely convinced something underhanded is going on at this particular location...
