The Carter's stores are very good, and I think they are a must stop at when the baby arrives. First prices: Very good. Options: A lot of everything. Service: Little slow but it is here. Waited for over 10 minutes for help. When it came it was very good. I recommend Carters stores.

0/10. Manager (spanish lady mid 40s-50s with glasses) made my return more difficult than what it needed to be. She told me to her the order # from customer service. I told her I don’t live nearby about 30 minutes away. I was on the phone with customer service, got the order # and receipt and when I came back she wasn’t there. The assistant manager (an old white guy) showed lack of empathy for my situation and failed to contact the manager to confirm what she told me. Mediocre workers, do better.

Carter's clothes are attractive with quality designs. The quality is very good. All the staff at Carter's serve us beautifully. We are very grateful for that.

They used to have a best customer service but today at 11am during checkout the cashier lady was rude, she ignored even to give a bag unless I asked for it. Will see how it goes for my next purchases as I live close to that store and will update reviews later!
