I know you want to support a black owned business like I did but don't bank here they restricted my account and the manager refused to tell me why. Just bank with Chase or Capital One these guys aren't worth it.

I have a good and trustworthy account manager that allows me to withdraw my profits anytime I want and I can monitor everything going on in my account when she is busy trading with her expert team and I don't have issues with pending withdrawals. I must admit that she's a very honest woman. I have no way of thanking her than letting people know about her services and recommend her for everyone to trade on her platform. It's one thing to support black businesses, but when there's poor Customer Service it's a huge problem.The manager Rona is extremely rude and shows no empathy what so ever! Better leadership and representation is needed at that branch.

If I could give this bank 0 star I would! My mother has banked with Carver for 19 years, she recently moved to Florida and needs to get her bank statement urgently. Since she’s no longer in NY we decided to setup online banking well it’s been a week of phone calls, long hold on the phones, promise of return calls and NOTHING, we’ve also asked so many times for the statement to be emailed and was told it takes 1 business day it’s be 7!!! Still to this day waiting to hear from someone. This has got to be the worst bank in history.

I walked into Carver savings bank at 4 Hanson Place , Brooklyn NY approximately 2 weeks ago. Upon entering the branch I was approached by Mrs. Fieona and kindly asked if I needed assistance. Mrs.Fieona was very polite, friendly and professional. Mrs. Fieona handled all of my banking needs in a timely manner. I will highly recommend friends and family members to this branch. Thank you Carver Federal Savings for a great experience.

Great personal and business branch. My colleagues met Tenea, the head teller here, at a business conference in Washington D.C. Although some of them are in Atlanta, Florida, and Los Angeles, Tenea stayed in touch and followed up for business, making it much easier for me to come into the bank from Manhattan, to complete our business here in New York. I thought Tenea was the branch Vice President. If you want business banking with personal attention, you can do no better than Tenea Ramesuer in the Carver National Bank, at 833 Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn, N.Y. Doc Jones

I'm so tired of this financial institution. My card expired in March or 2020 and I've yet to receive a new card nor have I received any electronic communication regarding it. When I called Carver's customer service department the woman on the phone did NOT sound pleasant at all or empathetic. She said their records show a card being sent out but I never received one. When I asked when it was sent out, she couldn't even tell me. She said my old card will have to be canceled in order to send the new one. When I asked if the new one could be expedited since I need access to my money during this very scary and stressful PANDEMIC, she said no. I hate this bank. Earlier last year I had issues using my card at businesses using Square card machines. That issue has NOT BEEN RESOLVED over a year later. So anytime I go to a business using Square machines, I have to leave and find an ATM and incur ATM FEES because this crappy bank is outdated. The Black community deserves better.
