I had the absolute pleasure of working with Gabriel at Casper, and I can’t express enough how phenomenal my experience was! From the moment I stepped in, Gabriel greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. He listened carefully to my needs, concerns, and even my preferred sleep positions (I’m a side sleeper!), and guided me through every step of finding the perfect mattress.
Gabriel’s extensive knowledge of the Casper range was truly impressive, and he went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and comfortable in my decision. He patiently answered all of my questions, explained the different materials and features of each mattress, and even took the time to customize recommendations based on my specific sleep preferences.
What really stood out was Gabriel’s dedication and personalized care. He made sure I tried different mattresses to find the one that fit me best, and even provided helpful tips to optimize my sleep experience once my new mattress arrived. It’s rare to find someone so passionate about helping others sleep better, and Gabriel was that person!

I recently visited Casper again and was impressed by the exceptional service at the Williamsburg location.
Charles and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through their wide selection of pillows, firmness levels, and materials. They didn’t just try to sell me the most expensive option—they actually cared about finding the pillow that was right for me.
What really stood out was the personalized attention and the staff’s genuine desire to help me find what I needed. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I left the store feeling confident that I made the right choice ✌?

Kim was amazing! I was researching a lot online and sent my wife to check out the mattresses, after she decided we had to both look at them, we made time to go back. Kim was so helpful in walking us through all the options and going back and forth when we narrowed it down to 2. We made and decision and Kim put a great package together. Very excited to upgrade our 3 year old Queen Casper to our new King!

10 Stars!! My fiancé and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tatiana. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and made the experience smooth. She allowed us to try multiple types of the products they offer at Casper and even while we struggled to decide on what's best, she was able to provide helpful details that allowed us to pick the best mattress. Tatiana was truly a pleasure to work with and the team is so polite, fun and conversational - they all are amazing; but Tatiana was truly exceptional.

The service at this store is beyond exceptional. Tatiana sold me the mattress and was very knowledgeable. There was a minor shipping delay with my order and Devon was quick to give 2 options for a solution. I appreciate how much care was given to something that was kind of minor.

Charles, the salesman, was very helpful in all the questions that I had. He was very patient with me and he showed me a progression of mattresses that eventually ended up convincing me to spend the amount that I needed to in order for me to best bang for my buck.
