I've been coming to this store frequently, and I was shocked each and every time. While the store is beautifully displayed. The customer service is horrible. The staff simply ignores you.

Terrible customer service. I called and nobody knew if what I needed was in stock. The last man said they don’t carry that brand anymore. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they do have it so I called again and got confirmation before going to the store. At the store everyone has an attitude and they always point you to someone else to resolve the task.

Disgusted with this place. Someone dented my car on delivery and only left a phone number for the business. No one claimed responsibility. That si a hit-and-run. Who do they hire? It took over two months for someone to pay for the damages after having to harass them for six weeks. TERRIBLE, PEOPLE and TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

They actually selling great productsBut No service in the actual store and of course when you rushing to your job and you want to check out you need to wait at least 20 minutes until the register guy are coming back from break what he actually took between 1 customer to the other.

Best place to get all your plumbing and lumber materials. No other place beats them! Only downside is that they were 2 blocks from me at Kent Ave and unfortunately moved. But will try to visit the new location at Classon Ave. as soon as possible.
