The Indian man thinks he is the gatekeeper of the world. He insulted me for asking a really meaningful question. Even he didn’t cash my check (because the last time i cashed my check was 2023?????) he made me wait for a while. Then i asked if he can’t process it why he made me wait, he said that i am CRAZY?????? Because i asked a simple and meaningful question??????? He is very rude and ignorant person who is not willing to help people. If you respect yourself dont go this location!!!

If u respect yourself dont go this location, worst customer service in the whole cfsc locations in brooklyn, they act like u owe them and they own the whole brooklyn, rude and unprofessional with attidude. They can easily dont provide you any service if they dont want to. Very very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional and selfish workers…
I was there to send a money .. it was Western Union online, so I filled up everything online with whole questions they had..
It was 1 of July 2024, around 20:30
I went there to give the money.. and there was a guy I gave my ID and then he started to questioning me … I said I already did everything online
I said everything there , just open it and copy of it I’m gonna confirming it..
He threw my ID and said I’m gonna call the police..
So unfortunately the second agent a woman she said I know you for the years and because of he refused to serve you I can’t serve you too..
it’s very sad .. believe me it’s insane…
Thanks to God we live in America..
I went to an other store ..
the only question she asked me - are you first time in this store .. ?,
- I said, yes..
- she said, I need your ID ..!
That’s it..
I Hope the Western Union talks with this

The service was going well at first until I was there for over two hours just to be turned away without any real reasoning…… The work ethics of the people who aren’t directly in the facility is horrible and makes the customer support terrible overall.

A branch available 24 hours a day after a commercial bank with a few parking lots on the road. It is staffed by helpful Spanish youth with excellent service, procedures to verify identity when receiving and sending money, and an ATM inside.
