I had some time sensitive problems and Mr Shuo was extremely helpful. I got everything I needed and also discussed some unrelated things helpful for navigating the US financial system while my issue was being resolved. Kudos.I wish I had the name of the first person who approached me, they were the polar opposite and even joked about my situation. Had no Mr Shuo intervened, I don't know if I got a satisfactory resolution.The only reason this is not a higher review is because of the other staff member's attitude.

My financial advisor recommended a specific broker at this location. The broker was extremely helpful and communicative getting my money in his institution. Once the money was deposited, over the course of the next two months the advisor has ignored a dozen phone calls, direct emails, and messages through the Charles Schwab site about his recommendations to actually invest the money so it's just sitting there earning no interest. I have never seen anything like it in my life. Will look for a new bank soon (and financial advisor!).

Excellent customer service. I went there to drop off some papers and Barbara was really helpful. It took about a week took to get my debit card but during this whole process Barbara and their Customer Service number really helped me a lot.

Worst experience ever, already filed complaints. Emails went unanswered, went in person, Watched from across the street as they stood around, phones turned off, ignoring all calls. Went in, They had me WAIT while they booted up their computers. Was given the wrong information . After 20 years I am having all my family members move accounts. Would give a minus star if that were an option. Go ANYWHERE else!

Ms. Barbara Graff - Client Relationship Specialist was helpful and quite professional. I believe that she always tries to understand what customers want to and she tries to find the best way. She was keeping me posted on my application process. Her high level of hospitality made me feel comfortable entirely. Thanks to her help, everything ran smoothly.

The receptionist/customer service representative, Ms Barbara J Graff provided my elderly mother with tremendous service and attention in straightening out various account issues. She was patient and accurate and spent all the time needed to handle problems that the family put aside for several years. Many thanks to her.

America's best Bank, 24/7 Great customer service, interest checking, No ATM fees, online banking, best of all Brokerage Services with no fee online trading starting next week, easy transfers to/from Brokerage account, Debit Cards, Mortgages. Banking with Schwab is easy, no hassles, friendly service. I've used the other familiar banks (not mentioning names) their services cannot matched. Now, you go find out what you've been missing, hey, no standing in line as at the so-called big banks.

David (who started working at this branch a month ago) was very warm and welcoming. I stepped into this branch for the first time in the rain, for I needed a cashier's check for the next day. He set me up with some hot tea, a quiet office to call Charles Schwab banking, and an umbrella for when I get back out there again. Great customer service. You'll be in good hands here.

Being with a new Schwab client at the Park Slope office, I wish to say that our recent experience was very favorable. The staff at this office from the manager, financial advisor, and even the receptionist were all knowledgeable, cordial, and extremely helpful. A "win-win". Highly recommended!
