Terrible experience at this Chase branch. I had an appointment at 11:30 but wasn't seen until 12:50. The banker, Anna, was unprofessional, had no knowledge, and even took another client before me. No manager was available during working hours. Staff keep asking each other questions and Googling basic things.
Completely disrespectful service - I do not recommend this bank at all.

Today 02-28-25 I want to avenue j at Coneyisland avenue chase branch white tall lady, I asked her to help me copy check images I need, she went to her computer she said don’t allow me with very stupid behavior I’m sorry for chase having this stupid banking.worker.

Subpar bank, bad service. I didn't have time during the worst of the pandemic to write this, but I had to close out my late mother's accounts. The Asian guy in there actually lifted up my mom's death certificate to the light to ensure it was real. They made me stand there for 90 minutes before cutting me a check for the accounts. He also wanted to send me to Manhattan to close them out. During the worst time, they failed to step up. Don't use them.

When I first arrived, I was met by a staff member who was unfortunately quite rude and unable to answer my questions. After a long wait, I was fortunate to be assisted by Diana, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She truly made the wait worthwhile. It’s clear that not everyone there is well-informed, so if you visit, I highly recommend asking for Diana

When I first arrived today, 9/29/24, there was a very pleasant Latin lady who greeted me. Unfortunately, my meeting to inquire about opening up a business account was quite the opposite from my first encounter. I met with Diana Marinashvili, the assistant vice president, and I did not appreciate the micro-aggressions and condescending tones from her. Thankfully after putting up with these annoyances, I actually learned enough from my meeting to not go through with opening the account, which happened to be a blessing in disguise.

Chase Business Payment Solutions…They charge us high fees but cannot provide proper help desk service. Extremely long phone holds waiting to talk to support. After 10+ years, I will leave for another processor.
