Dear regional manager, please monitor Avenue Jay for closing before 5 PM because I had an employee heading over there and they arrived at 4:50 November 27, 2023 (yes I’m gonna monitor these things to monitor lazy employees who close early). there are many motivated employees out there who would be very happy to work at Chase. Please monitor this closely, and I will also be speaking to higher up vice presidents on a personal basis. also to bring it to your attention this location at Ave J does not answer the telephone. Whoever is answering the telephone needs to be fired because it’s been an ongoing situation over many months summer of 2023, as well as fall of 2023. I record and document everything and will be following up on this.

I had a very positive experience with a Chase Bank representative Sharon Bass at 1101 Avenue J, Brooklyn, NY 11230 recently. The representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. I was particularly impressed with her ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner. I am very grateful for the outstanding service that I received, and I would highly recommend this Chase branch to anyone.

The worst place ever to go now. A few years back this lady opened my account had a smaller cubical and was nicest ever! Now she has a bigger office space and of course at a better position at the bank. I was waiting to access my safety deposit, and she comes out of her office and asks who’s next? So i tell her i need to put in my pin and with attitude she tells me yeah you need to come in to that. She could’ve asked nicely or said in a nice tone. But she had to get rude about it. And when i made it clear for her that she could use nicer words. She tells me that she doesn’t like my attitude. I have been a customer on Chase for over a decade now. But this lady got me thinking twice about continuing my relationship with this bank.

This is by far the worst Chase branch. Every worker there was worse than the other with the nastiest attitudes. Take your business elsewhere.
