They asked me to wait 15 minutes. No problem. 15 minutes later, they came and said, "we have only one person, and you need to wait between 40 to 50 minutes more."

Stability bank, with Remarkable Royal Blue. Thank you -- for being, CHASE! Bank means bank, just in case, fire doesn't happen at home, God forbid. Where is at TD - there is too Chase, where is Chase - there is TD too -- memorize, & repeat.

The old Puerto Rican lady behind the counter is nasty and rude, every time I go there she give a hard time. She talks to the customer like if she owns the branch not only me but u could wait on the line and watch her. Shame on this branch manger.
