Not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating, but I’ve only ever had great experiences with the Restoration Plaza branch of Chase bank! The tellers are nice, and it’s never a long wait. If I have questions, they answer the phones too relatively promptly. And after my interaction today, the bank branch manager personally called me to see how my interaction was (stellar, as usual). I’ve been living around the area for close to five years, so I’m relatively new here, but it’s been such a blessing to have a reliable branch nearby.

Kirlette is an excellent customer service agent. She's one-of-a-kind. We hardly find that in this country.

If I could give 0 stars then I would! Managers are rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this location. I have thought about leaving Chase and the two Managers there may cause me to look for another institution...

Currently 9 people standing on line with 2 tellers, one of which isn’t taking anyone at their window. One person walking around with tablet asking people what they’re here for. And multiple others walking around looking busy, but seemingly doing nothing at all. This place needs lessons in efficiency. Go to any other location, if at all possible.

The worst. I dont even know where to begin. The "bankers" have no idea what they are doing. There is only ever one teller "working" at a shocking slow pace. The never answer the phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Chase is a terrible bank with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. During covid, while everyone else seems to have increased their phone service hours, chase cut theirs, and apparently added anger problems to their list of required phone service employee traits. When you eventually get in the phone they're as obstructionist an unhelpful as possible.
