Horrible wait times and if you miss your appointment you’ll be waiting at least 2 hours…. Always short on bankers, and if you ever need to get something done I recommend going to a better serviced branch

They closed my account because of an error made by one of the employees and now I can't get a hold of my money or use my card and I was with them for 40 years and now they're telling me that I can never bank with them again it wasn't my fault you messed up but I'm the one being punished I don't understand that at all.

They have ATM machines working for customers 24 hours if not the let you know some sings on doors thank you Chase Bank .

Chase Bank 1000 Nostrand Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11225. When the bank is closed there are reckless people inside the ATM area who spend their time asking for money. It has happened to me twice. The first time I was carrying out my transaction when a man came too close to me asking me for money, I was very scared, he kept harassing me until, thank God, another customer helped me and the man left. Today at noon I went there and it was a man asking for money outside the bank, but inside there was another man opening the door to anyone who wanted to enter without verifying if they were clients and also talking very harshly about money and asking for it. On one of the times when he raised his voice even more, a man trembled with fright. He was scary. As soon as people finished their transactions he came up to ask for the money, he got upset if they didn't give it to him. This is dangerous! I'm afraid to go again and that they might do something to me because I don't give them money or they want to steal. I no longer see that there is a guard. Gentlemen and Ladies in charge of the bank, could you please resolve these situations? The ATM area is very unsafe for CHASE customers when the bank is closed. PLEASE!!! Thank you.

Usually I would conduct a currency exchange in the city. However, I found this location conveniently in Brooklyn my objective was to exchange €120 which is equivalent to US$129.40 Initially he was prepared to return to me US$111.00. He then said, he'll do me a favor. And offered to return to me US $114.00 instead.He then question if I can read and write ? I calmly responded that's an insulting question. He then requested for me to leave him a review? So it's only right that I oblige. Disappointingly unprofessional experience.

This chase is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The security guard woman has better interpersonal skills than the chase workers here. The lady who's name starts with a K was leaning against that wall. Ask her a question about opening an account, and it was literally like I was a bother. Mind you, this is at 3pm. So I asked her, if she is ok? And her reply is that she is just sleepy. Huh? At 3pm? Sooo unprofessional! I left and went to chase on Flatbush and Church ave, and was handled 100000% better. The entire process took 20 mins. And very professional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH AT ALL COST!
