Chase in general: they just have no respect and don’t want to offer any help for the someone who’s not super rich.

We came in for our appointment. The banker didn't even show up. They don't seem like they have it together.

Tekla was incredibly patient and kind. We had so many questions and she did not rush her time with us at all. Usually these encounters are awful, and Tekla was a delight to work with.

Bank tellers are very rude and condescending. I have a business account and the tellers always give me trouble for simple transactions. At my last visit the teller made me feel very unwelcome. Will not continue to bank with this branch.

Was forced to go in person to get my credit card name corrected. Lost two weeks of my life. Going in person was a waste of time, and the fact they offered their email only made me waste more time because they never answered. The employee gave her email without clarifying she was about to leave on vacation. Why did she offer her email? Because she made the request for the new card wrong and she knew it wouldn't come out right. I lost so much time trying to reach them for 2 weeks. In the end, I had to use the phone line several times, including a call that lasted over an hour, Twitter conversations, and even physical mail. All while I still hadn't gotten a reply from the branch. Eventually, the manager called me, only to confess that the Chase Twitter people had contacted her about my case two days prior, and she had just sat on that info without contacting me for 48 hours. In that time, I had finally managed to request a new card, ONLY TO HAVE THE MANAGER UNDO THE PROCESS, when she several days too late decides to "help" and resets the process all over again. Delaying my third card attempt in the process.Oh yeah and when I went thr first time in person with my passport and all sorts of IDs, they STILL had the gall to call me up minutes later and say I had to do the whole ID process again because my request can only be done by a specialist over the phone. Then why was I made to go in person in the first place? Are we a joke to you?It is easily the worst service I have ever received anywhere with any business in my life. Both the branch and the overall service at Chase. And I'm from Colombia, South America, we have plenty of bad businesses. But I swear this simple errand made me age.

The ATM vestibule in this location is absolutely unsafe and filthy. Sunday evening, 12/11/22, around 7pm, I entered and was greeted by a homeless man half clothed, drooling, with a horrible stench seated on the heater. He proceeded to try to get my attention several times asking for money and watched as I made a transaction. I first thought he was the regular security guard you have had stationed there some evenings. I was mistaken and taken aback. I was so rattled that it took me a 3rd attempt at the machine that I hadnt chosen the right account. I had walked to three different machines until i finally had to ignore him and really focus. I was rushing to get out of there and he distracted me. Two other women entered and looked uncomfortable as they walked to machines only to have him callout to them asking the same as me. I made a complaint before but this is getting beyond out of hand. We expect to feel safe when entering the vestibule and from the moment the electronic door was damaged and tampered with, your company should have ensured to repair the door immediately after. I should think you wouldnt want this to become a legal issue should a customer get assaulted or attacked or even robbed because you fail to fix an obvious that should have been resolved as soon as it happened. We, your customers, should matter as well as our safety. I hope that enough people have complained and that something can be done about this sooner before a customer is hurt or worse.

The security door is broken (there was a guard posted) and messy ATM vestibule.
