This is proof that caring about an underserved community is lip service. I can’t provide a review if there is good or bad customer service - How is it possible that there is no customer service?!! I’ve been on the line trying to reach the branch directly for over an hour and no one is available. I’m repeatedly rerouted to the main customer service and when I state that I need a live person at the actual branch I get the same scripted answer. This is beyond frustrating and proves that you’re not in the business of customer se support unless it’s to get something back!

This branch location is adequate at best. The atmosphere is sterile and not welcoming. It need some serious attention from corporate. This is not a good representation of Chase. I hope this location improves. It does work for a pinch.

Great experience in this branch located in Graham. The Bank Officer called Maribel Cruz was so nice and explain everything with details. Help me to recover passwords and everything, excellent service. Ask for her if you latino she speaks spanish too. La señora Maribel Cruz habla español y puede ayudarte.
