I was seen right away at the time of my appointment. Brandy was incredibly helpful and was able to quickly resolve something I had been trying to do for weeks over the phone. Great experience.

This branch location is adequate at best. The atmosphere is sterile and not welcoming. It need some serious attention from corporate. This is not a good representation of Chase. I hope this location improves. It does work for a pinch.

Great experience in this branch located in Graham. The Bank Officer called Maribel Cruz was so nice and explain everything with details. Help me to recover passwords and everything, excellent service. Ask for her if you latino she speaks spanish too. La señora Maribel Cruz habla español y puede ayudarte.

I don't like the Brunch teller (ladies) so much, she yelled my name outloud I don't think they're supposed to. Each name has to be unknown esp at the Bank. Naomi should be more manners in order to customers should be Comfortable. I called the Customer Support but they connected to the Wrong dep and they didn't know where to connect to after that this is also Not trained at all. i don't like coming at this location at all, too bad. Please don't use the teller here.

I had a very disappointing experience at the branch located on 12 Graham Avenue. We arrived at the set appointment time to a very long line. When we were finally able to speak to the front of house person, we were told that we were to late and needed to reschedule this appointment with Banker Maribel Cruz which I made 2 weeks in advance. We then asked if anyone else was available and was told to leave our information so that we will be called back for an appointment. When we passed by Maribel Cruz’ desk, she had no customers and was googling “how to secure her LinkedIn profile” Just imagine how we felt to see a Banker that had told us she was “too busy” just surfing the Internet casually while on the job. This is very unfortunate. I was excited to open my first business account with a bank that had such high rapport but turns out they have such terrible customer service. I can’t TWO MORE WEEKS just to give someone my hard earned money. Looking for alternatives.
