I discovered that Chase gives out red envelopes for Lunar New Year, so I went to see about obtaining some, thinking it was a considerate gesture. The teller, a very kind person, agreed to assist and asked for 10 minutes. During that time, he consulted the manager, who unfortunately mentioned discarding the envelopes. With 10 days left until Lunar New Year, it's disheartening that they were disposed of so soon. I was hinted that maybe if this were in an Asian neighborhood, there would be some. However, in this very diverse neighborhood, there’s no possible way that people would celebrate Lunar New Year. As a black mom with a half-Chinese daughter, I find it disappointing that they didn't wait until after the new year or consider the possibility that people in the neighborhood might want red envelopes.

Opened a business account here, acct manager named Eddie said there was an offer for $500 for having a certain account balance for more than 6 months. I met the requirements but never received anything. When I inquired about it (had to go in person) it turns out he forgot to send the offer. Said he would follow up but never did. If you're opening a business account don't do it at this location.

Worse chase bank in Brooklyn. Went in to reopen an account and the banker was no help. He only tried to lecture me on the “type of clients” chase do not want. And gave me misleading information in regards to reopening an account. Also told me I have to wait 1 business day for a charge off to reflect to even try anything. Yet, I went to another branch, and the banker took my phone and used my chase app to reopen the account in 2 mins. HORRIBLE SERVICE.The banker that assisted me sits at the last cubicle. Bald head and clean shaven, don’t care to know his name. Also do not try to resolve anything with the manager, no help! It’s their culture there to serve far below par service.

I live very close to this branch, and the men there act like they're the principal or something, and you're 'this' close to being sent to detention. I will go to a branch many miles away (and do) rather than go right around the corner and deal with their weird, unkind, bossy nonsense.

I came to this branch to sign documents. They had me waiting for an hour and then nothing! The receptionist told me they had one banker today, and he was seeing someone else. Later she said he was on a call. I asked the banker as he walked into his office how much longer it would take before he saw me. He says he’s waiting to join a meeting online and then has a call. I said, but I waited an hour to see the only banker. He said I should schedule an appointment — just like that!Even though I have waited an hour!This isn’t business-friendly. And I must also say that my transaction is for a business account.

My wife and I had a positive experience opening up a checking account at this location. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Hasheem for patiently assisting us with the account creation process.

Very sad to say that 2 days after I visited this branch, my money was completely wiped out by one of the tellers. The receipt has the name Terry.However, when I was there, there were also 2 women behind him, it seemed as though he was training them...so who knows. Please check your funds periodically after working with a teller.UPDATE: After filing a complaint the BBB and a meeting with the branch manager. The transaction was discovered to be fraud and the money was returned. My husband and I will have to change all of our account numbers, get new cards, etc.

Heidi, Victor, Jaira and Monte were all really nice and helpful. I opened up a C&S account and they made the process so smooth, I felt like I was VIP when they brought me water lol, Very professional, very helpful, Super attentive. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left; My experience at this Branch was impeccable. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

The line (one line) to see a real teller is quite long. Not suggested for a disabled person who can't stand on their feet for long periods of time. When I phone them on the branch's direct phone number, it takes them ten to fifteen rings before they pick up the phone and, sometimes, they didn't pick up the phone at all. Other than these two shortcomings this particular branch of Chase Bank is quite excellent ?. There are enough ATM's that there's seldom a line to wait (except at the height of the day... like lunchtime). The real tellers are extremely polite, accurate, and professional. You can make an appointment to see a banker online in the Chase app, and they're pretty good about keeping the appointment. They certainly do try to. I am a low income senior citizen who is on Social Security and because my checks are direct-deposited and they come out to $500 or more, Chase gives me their basic checking account for free. No monthly fees at all!! The entire staff is polite and they maintain a professional manner. I've been banking at this particular branch for 13 years and I seldom have a problem. I do recommend this place for your banking needs. This is a good bank and branch.

WORST, HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life! Went into the branch to deposit a check into someone else account. The check had the person’s full name and address & the last 4 digits of the account number was written on the deposit slip. Benita informed me she cannot deposit the check because my name is not on the account & told me I SHOULD KNOW BETTER how rude!!! The matter was escalated I asked to see someone else & I was informed by a brown skin lady with a short haircut who wears glasses her name I didn’t catch. She said she will not be able to go into that person’s account to find that information without a business need! Hello!!! It is a business need I want to deposit a check into their account. She then started to lift her voice at me and started going back and forth arguing with me. How UNPROFESSIONAL!! Why you arguing with a client?? I was not asking for the account number I don’t want to know the person’s information all I wanted to do was to deposit the check into their account. Helloooo It is more a security risk when you have someone’s entire account number since it’s not my account. I will never go back to this branch and because of this horrible experience I will definitely be closing all of my Chase accounts as soon as I sort out all my auto pay for my bills.

I’m here with my patient and he was very rude she just wants to change her pen and open up a checking account she only has a savings account and he was so rude he was telling me that we could go somewhere else he is rude
