When did chase close atm prior to 10pm?

What’s the point of having ATMs meant for late night usage if the card scanner never works to open the door?! At least be like the other banks in the area and have an outdoor ATM instead of being useless. It’s like this always happens when it’s time to pay rent, this is extremely upsetting.

My account was closed by Chase. I went to get a cashier's check for $10, 000. I initially could not find my bank card. I finally did...standing at the teller's counter, desperately looking for the card. Found it!..The teller then said, 'Why did it take you so long to find the card?' I cannot give you the check...What!? !! You are refusing to give me MY money from my account.
..because it took me TOO LONG to find my card!!!? I was extremely upset as I had to get a deposit made in person on an apt by 4:30 and it was 4:00. I 'threw' my card under the 2" opening (I measured it subsequently) as much as it is.possible to throw a bank card under a 2" slot. The teller.started YELLING that I had assaulted her and she was 6 months.pregnant...at this point the.manager came.over and gave me the check. A month later, I received a notice that my Chase account of 17 years was closing in one month due to a 'dispute with an employee.' One month was not enough time to get my crucial 3 direct deposits transferred to my new bank.
Since then two City of NY direct deposits and one Social Security Retirement direct deposits have landed in the closed Chase account. I have been refused access by withdrawing the funds. Chase has sent one check which took 22 days to receive. The others I have yet to receive. The damages incurred included having to take out an $8,000 loan. I am going to Civil Court, but this takes months. By now, anyone reading this has figured out why I gave one star. (I gave one star because there are no negative stars.)

Counting down the days til’ I get robbed and assaulted by a homeless person standing over me as I take out my money.

These guys are so cheap (stopped paying their security guard) and hate the homeless so much that they’ve locked the atms even to cardholders after midnight. Need cash for the bar, or the cash only taco truck? Need to deposit money after working the night shift? Well, *%#! you, I guess

The ATMs work but service is terrible. My child was robbed in the bank here and the bank would not create a report unless the police arrived and took the report in person. Recently a friend went to open an account in the afternoon and, though there were clearly people there, they said there was no time as they were about to close. It was 4:25pm.

So many people hanging around the ATMs after hours begging for money. I felt so uncomfortable last time I needed to get some cash. It’s ridiculous that Chase is not doing anything to prevent this and protect their customers.

Strictly regarding this branch's ATM, why don't you stop people from creeping around inside the room w/ the ATM machines? Hurr security or have some kind of system in place to prevent customers from having unwanted guests in the room where they are banking!

lol at the fact that they wouldn’t accept my NYCid as a form of valid identification to *deposit* money into *my own* account. chase, i’m literally trying to give you my money and you’re being bureaucratic and insolent about it. why? also the whole point of NYCid is to be able to conduct bank transactions in lieu of having other forms of ID. i also really dislike disparaging the workers at places (just check my other reviews for proof!) but the teller was so painfully indolent; the ineptitude displayed during my attempted transaction was impressive. luckily i do most of my financial transacting at a local credit union and this trip today really reminded me of why i make that choice.

The bank decided to shut down at 1pm randomly, looks like they are eating cake, maybe it’s someone’s birthday. I asked for a pen, and they had locked the doors and said they couldn’t give me a pen, just wanted to deposit a check I needed to sign, there were no pens near the atm.
