Strictly regarding this branch's ATM, why don't you stop people from creeping around inside the room w/ the ATM machines? Hurr security or have some kind of system in place to prevent customers from having unwanted guests in the room where they are banking!

lol at the fact that they wouldn’t accept my NYCid as a form of valid identification to *deposit* money into *my own* account. chase, i’m literally trying to give you my money and you’re being bureaucratic and insolent about it. why? also the whole point of NYCid is to be able to conduct bank transactions in lieu of having other forms of ID. i also really dislike disparaging the workers at places (just check my other reviews for proof!) but the teller was so painfully indolent; the ineptitude displayed during my attempted transaction was impressive. luckily i do most of my financial transacting at a local credit union and this trip today really reminded me of why i make that choice.

The bank decided to shut down at 1pm randomly, looks like they are eating cake, maybe it’s someone’s birthday. I asked for a pen, and they had locked the doors and said they couldn’t give me a pen, just wanted to deposit a check I needed to sign, there were no pens near the atm.

Wouldn't let me withdraw money without ATM card. Had multiple forms of ID including state issued non expired drivers license. They were rude not helpful and spoke to me and treated me rudely. I tried calling customer service after a very frustrating experience that took 45 minutes. The only thing worse than the in person experience is trying to get a customer rep on the phone. This used to be a quality bank.

My husband and I came in the other day, needing assistance with some time sensitive issues. During the pandemic, you had to make appointments with representatives in order to sit down and speak to someone. We did not know that was the case, so we thought we’d stop by to inquire about speaking to someone immediately, because all appointments were booked for the day. As I was sitting in the reception area, Dwayne Sato approached me to ask if I needed help. He was so kind, to speak with us, and actually had time to sit with us, and help us resolve our problem. My husband and I were beyond thankful, to not only resolve our issue, but to have had an excellent customer service experience with Dwayne! His expertise, knowledge and experience, was honestly beyond what we had expected! Although this Chase is a bit of a distance from us, we will be going here if we need future assistance. Thank you Dwayne, for everything! We couldn’t have had a more productive and positive experience as we have had with you!

Chase is a terrible bank with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. During covid, while everyone else seems to have increased their phone service hours, chase cut theirs, and apparently added anger problems to their list of required phone service employee traits. When you eventually get in the phone they're as obstructionist an unhelpful as possible.

Chase lends more money to fossil fuel companies than any other bank in the world. Let's take our money out of Chase!#stopthemoneypipline

Chase used to be good but now it has sunken too much. Rude, and incompetent, or just not caring to hear and examine the problem. What's really alarming is the new "head" teller is the rude one not wanting to even listen to what is wrong and blaming immediately the other party or bank. If this is who they have in charge it must be a joke or they must be planted there by a spy competitor to sink it down. I am going to try again for the 3rd time to see if the matter can be resolved. If not I am looking for a new bank. BTW I used to work for Chase myself

I use to like this branch. The branch has gone down. i had to tell the teller where to look and find the mistake. Then when she tried to get the head teller to help the head teller was rude and did not want to help saying it was not Chase's fault. Also the ATM does not want to take my check deposit.

Tellers are rude and disrespectful, don't bank there. I normally get excellent service on other locations, but this one makes me want to switch banks.

Find staff at this branch professional and courteous, helpful in setting up new account, in providing other services. Chase's online banking platform is awesome. I speak as a refugee from the mess at Sterling Bank, once the beloved Greater New York, then Astoria.

What I heard after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to help me. Someone will be right w/ you." What I heard after signing in & waiting 20 minutes "We're short on bankers today" Stay tuned....zzzzzz The 2nd star is because they are nice about the fact that there is no one who is able to help you.... ....going on 25 minutes now...and still nobody. Boy, I'm lonely. Update: 37 minutes & counting! Still sitting here. BTW: people come over and say they'll be with me soon.

Wait time for representative way too long. They have workers chit chatting amongst and/or on the personal phones. They keep telling customers we will be right with you and continue with their personal business.
