I’ve banked at Chase for over 20 years and this is the only branch I’ve been to, multiple times, where you cannot get serviced the same day. I needed to open a business account and was told to make an appointment for another day because they were booked for the day. I remember working in a bank branch and we couldn’t leave until we serviced every customer, I guess those days are long gone. Of course this is my neighborhood branch, It’s a shame that I have to go outside my neighborhood to feel valued. I went to a branch in Philly the other day, I was not only serviced within a hour, they offered me water. Come on Bedstuy….

Manager is incompetent ; she has given me false information on many occasions .Staff is nice but under trained and has no idea what they are doing . There is never anyone there in business banking and they never have enough standard tellersLastly , the security guard paid to watch the atms overnight is always asleep .Probably the worst chase in all of the USA

For an institution that you entrust your money and a bank who collect such high fees and makes so much profit, you would expect the service and knowledge about daily retail banking to be better than a Duane Reade on life support. Guaranteed anything beyond deposit or withdrawal will take over 20 minutes. You have 4 people running around asking each other how to do things and then end up calling their own customer service to get direction. It's like trying to find somebody to open up the shampoo cabinet at Walgreens and they can't find the key. Nice people but really poorly trained. The business dress is a ruse for bank cosplay.

Was originally told I needed an appointment to be seen to open an account but then when I came back with a scheduled appointment they took walk-ins before me when I had an appointment. This place makes no sense.

Please you have to send security to the bank there are people inside the atm openings the door from inside the Bank , I am trying to get some cash from yesterday and a man inside always there and come back today at 7:30 am same situation 2 people inside and trying again at 11:30 am the same , have to call the cops , please do something

Located in an old historic bank building with high ceilings, the space has been compartmentalized so that it feels very small inside. There are some crazy customers who come here, maybe they need security? The woman who is the notary was nice and professional. I think it would be better if they improved the layout to have the employees interact more with the customers

Horrible. I’ve been waiting around 30 mins no workers in sight while customers keep piling up and signing sheet. Then they tell us we have to leave because they close in 10 mins and servicing each takes 30mins. Complete disregard for people’s time and needs. ?
