This particular branch is so bad I consider closing my account every time I ATTEMPTED to come here.

Terrible customer service. It seems that the staff’s priority is to get you to go to another chase branch rather than solve your problem, so that they can take a break. Perhaps it’s understaffing and overcrowding, but generally it’s been an unpleasant experience

I had a great experience with a banker at this Court Street branch. Even though it was the holiday season, Mr. Ramus patiently helped me complete some time sensitive paperwork the bank needed. He then offered to fax it over and even called to confirmed the person received it. He also gave me some helpful suggestions when using my Chase app. I highly recommend working with Mr. Ramus. What neighborhood banking should be like!

I had the worst experience here. I was threatened by a staff member. She was in my face and was very unprofessional after I was upset at her colleague with the service I received. I am going to be reporting this location to the Big Business Borough. Please prevent this place, especially if your upset with the service.

I've posted here 7 months ago to complain about the lack of professionalism the bank staff for notarial services which is available for free for chase private clients. I wanted to give the bank a benefit of doubt to see if my experience 7 months ago was a "one off" and to update my review accordingly. Unfortunately, the bank staff's notarial services supposed time and attitude of professionalism is not directed at chase private clients. Today, 10/25/2019, I was at the bank at 845-850AM to ask about notarial services and the teller was kind enough to let me know that the person will be available around 9-9-30 up to 10AM. I came back 30 minutes later, signed up for the paper sheet to be attended to. When it was my turn, I was told that I would be attended to by the notary. After a minute, the lady came back and says " you can come back Monday 8:50AM." This was mentioned to me after I was told earlier that I will be referred to the notary a minute ago. I further asked the bank staff if the notary at the bank is only available Mondays 8:30AM to 10AM but I was informed that " No, she is available Monday to Friday." I responded, today is a Friday and where is she? the bank staff, gulped some air and expressed that " she is not available." Chase bank at State Street in Brooklyn New York, I thought I never could say this but you are the most atrocious bank branch of Chase I've been through. Chase Management has got to do something about that notary staff who does not work the times she is supposed to work the notarial hours repeatedly on verified days and does not attend to chase private clients in need. what a gutter mentality you got here.

Ive been using this location for all my banking over 12 years and I've never had an issue with this specific chase location until recently. Over the weekend I did a cash deposit through the ATM machine and the ATM machine shut down mid transaction and sadly the machine took my money but it never posted to my account. This Monday, October 14 I came into the bank looking to talk with a teller or an account manager about what happened. I was told by a teller to actually leave the bank and call the 800-number on the back of my card. I had done this already and we're still looking for some type of closure or assistance from someone in person and I was told again to just go call the number there's nothing they can do for me.I'm not looking to list the tellers name because I'm not like that but I am hoping that Chase will actually read this review and that they can teach their people to be more accommodating of customers when they come in looking for help.

Amazing experience here. Customer service was amazing. I had my card stolen and needed to get cash. One of the bankers showed me how to use Apple Pay on my phone and get it all set up so I am now able to take out cash and use my new cards before they are even sent to me. I am amazed by her kindness and how whiling she was to help. It's so nice to have during a hard time. Thank you!
